Can you imagine going through all this losing just for another team to benefit with your top lottery pick. :noway:

Poor Brooklyn fans.

And they're in the midst of going through three straight years of losing just to see their high lotto pick packaged to an Eastern Conference rival. Two years it went to a direct divisional rival, and then they had to watch as that pick became the headliner in landing that divisional rival Kyrie Irving.

I'd lose my mind more than Captain Ahab did in Moby Dick.

I've said this before but the league needs to be aware of former teammates doing deals..anything between Indy, The Celtics ...The Wolves when KG was traded to Boston..seems any deals involving the Celts smells fishy..(no not the salmon from last night..)

Key words for tampering in trades to look for..

1. Ainge
2. Bird
3. McHale
4. Celtics
5. Pacers
6.Adam Silver
7. David Stern

I will only blame him for refusing to quit once the mandate came down.

Oh, that's King's whole shtick, passing the buck down or up. It was a shock that he was even re-hired in the league in the first place after his Philly debacle. Most thought he'd go the way of a certain other BK, but he managed to deflect blame then too. "Oh it's Iverson's fault" "oh it's Comcast's fault", never mind his career highlight at that point being $300 million in dud acquisitions he shelled out to such luminaries as a post microfracture Chris Webber, Sam Dalembert, Aaron McKie and Kenny Thomas.

He may have been Prok's stooge but Prok saved him from obscurity in the first place by saying "now that's a guy who can overpay mediocre talent! Look at how well he managed to run up the cap sheet for a cash strapped franchise, just imagine what he could do for a multi-billionaire!"
