I guess this game was a fluke but he did display some of the bad PG instincts in this game but overall played a decent game.

Great game. Bender looked good. Len looked good. Josh looked good. I like how Canaan looked as well. Useless was useless.....I don’t know why he plays so much?!?

It’s Canaan. He is a career 36% three point shooter, and he passes first.

Good win to kick off the road trip on a high note, definitely didn't think we'd be getting it but ouch bench game out shooting well and playing tough defense to compensate for our **** starters. Bender played very well today and Jackson had some good moments. Nice to get a win without TJ playing that well too. Ulis played terrible tonight, hopefully his finger is okay though that looked rough.

Maybe but this really just highlights how bad our PG rotation is when journeyman can come in and outplay our starting PG in his first game.

He is a career 36.7% shooter from the field. And he shoots 35.2% from 3, but a horrendous 39.5% from 2. Bottom line, he is a horrible shooter. His similarity scores are relative to Sidney Lowe, Tony Smith, and Steve Alford.

Also, what is this obsession with passing first? Are people under the impression that Ulis doesn't look to pass before shooting?

Len had a very good game. Would not have won this without him.

Tyler Ulis does not belong in the NBA. He is Devin’s friend. That is why he is here. 3rd string then. Keep Devin happy.

Apparently you don't watch enough basketball. Cannon is a good shooter. I remember when he was at the Sixers and Rockets he always played well when given a chance.Hopefully he can keep The New Tank Commander on the bench

Troy Daniels also shoots exactly 39.5% from the 2.

Canaan played well. No need to pile on him after a pretty good performance. Had too many turnovers, but at least he had 7 assists, and hit shots and was perfect from the line, basically winning the game. But yeah, it doesn't take much to be the best pg on the team.

We just need to make sure we get somebody awesome like George Hill. Gotta get that mid lottery pick. It's way better than a high pick. If we can get a mediocre, aging, and incredibly expensive C we can maybe even get into the playoffs even though we really have no prayer and would at best finish 11th in conference. Sounds much better.

Troy Daniels doesn't shoot many 2s. Canaan does. Daniels has an eFG of 62.1% this year and 55.5% for his career. Canaan has an eFG of like 48%. I'm not kidding. His shooting comparables are some of the worst ever.

When our high picks have been JJ, Bender, Chriss, Len while our mid-late lotto picks are Booker, Warren.... :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

The only player to get SEC DPOY and POY in the same year besides Anthony Davis doesn't belong in the NBA lol? He definitely shouldn't start, but he would have been drafted in 2016 regardless of if the Suns picked him or not.

Ha, I totally forgot the Suns were in Minny today. Damn you Star Wars! Well at least I’ll get to watch the replay game around midnight.

Minnesota are nowhere near as good as their record shows.

He did play well, though. I know what you are saying , but he caught most passes thrown at him and challenged everything in the paint.

Then, there is always next game...
