Crawford needs to show Barton how to bring it off the bench, he's either hot or in this case COLD !!!

These injuries are really messing with this team, Harris out tonight, Jokic limited last couple of weeks, Millsap out until ??? And who is left to manage it,,,,the coach who has no clue !! Trey;s on fire and Chandler gets more minutes because he shooting UNDER 30% ...... poor player management AGAIN.

To be fair, without Millsap and Harris Minnesota is a much better team, but we should win this match, we lead something like 15 points about 15 minutes left...

I guess Malone is now proud about effects of his "lessons" to Jokic, so he achieved double-digit and career-high... in turnovers. Same number RBD+AST like TO, for a player which usually has 10 times more RBD+AST than TO

But at least Jokic finally get his 35 minutes. Even when he is not performing well, like tonight, when he is 35 minutes on the floor we are a competitive team against a very good team even without our 2nd and 3rd best player. Now is the question what Lyles should do to get over 25 minutes? His TS% is insane last 6 matches over 75%, and we played tonight without Millsap, Faried, Juancho, Arthur - but still he is limited to 25 minutes.

At end most positive story of the night - Murray. It is so frustrating to see him one night 5 another 25 points, but trust me, for such young player it is much better scenario than if he has same 15ppg average scoring permanently about 15 points. That is a sign of future great! He is our 5th scorer this season so far, but already has 6 matches with 28+ points. Only Jokic has more than one such game this season and nobody else! With healthy Millsap and consistent Murray, we are going to be really big next season, especially if we solve SF problem with some classy solution.

Looking like Craig may be an answer to the SF position, now we just need to rid ourselves of Wilson Chandler

I agree that Craig may be teh answer if we can figure out how to resign him, he is on a 1 year 2 way deal, and if he continues to play the way he has started he will get a big raise next season.

That being said it is time to dump Chandler and one of Faried or Arthur if we are not going to use them.

I think we need a new coach, and I think everyone knows that, even Kroenke and Tim and Arturas and....but don't think they will fire him unless he does with Jokic something like Karl did with McGee....

Many of us have said that for a long time now. But either our front office is in love with them and values them too highly so no one wants to make the deal or our front office ... never mind, I don't want to finish that thought.

Good luck with that. They extended him this past summer, so he's got this year and next.

I think our front office is afraid to admit they signed a player or coach that they shouldn't have.

I'm actually talking there about the possibility to do something "spectacular" about SF spot next summer. In 2019 Millsap will be too old to continue with a max deal, so we can hunt some big SF name next summer not only to solve our SF problem but to be corner-stone and game-changer of Nuggets upcoming future. For example Paul George, which is right now least popular star on RealGM board, but he is 3+1 max-offer worthy in our case because can give Denver so many things which we need: SF spot, on-floor leader, good defense, more 3pts, experience, marketability (starpower)...

With healthy Millsap, improved Murray and real Jokic we going to be a much more competitive team next season anyway, and no way OKC and probably NOP will stay with all their stars from this season. But to be league real treat, it means a TOP4 spot on West, for which we need some FA or trade "bomb" if we want to be that high-competitive team already next season. GSW, HOU, and SAS will be still there, MIN will improve even more, and talented Lakers team will probably add two big stars.

BTW if Lyles continues to improve he will be till trade-deadline our biggest asset, better than Mudiay, Faried or 2018-first! With him included we can attack with trade offers some great SF options like Otto Porter from Washington. Of course, another solution is to make Lyles our final solution (with Juancho) for PF spot in 2019+ era when Millsap, Faried, and Chandler will not be in Denver.

Gotta love the PG to Denver idea but realistically we're going to have to move at least two of three Faried, Chandler or Arthur to get him. Also, he a FA after this season and we already have Jokic and Barton to re-sign, how do we do that ???

As for Lyles, I do see him taking over for Millsap in 2019, he's been great so far, his confidence is back after a sophomore slump in UTH

Is anyone else losing faith in Beasley ? I really like his enthusiasm, team support, etc but he doesn't always come into the game ready. His job is to provide shooting and defense neither of which has jumped off the court IMO.

I think people just got too exited about his potential and aren't willing to wait for him to develop. I still have faith in him as a player, and he may be able to contribute to the rotation next year. It's good for his development to bring him along slowly and I'm happy to see him get regular minutes this year. He's not quite ready for a larger role yet.

Sure, you gotta love the PG to Denver idea but it seems unlikely. How about Trevor Ariza as a temp solution, while a draft pick or Craig begins to develop/take over?

HE is still very young, he is going to be streaky and he is going to struggle with a role that is constantly changing and his minutes fluctuating every game. When he knew he was getting minutes he came out and gave great effort even if his shot was not hitting.

I would rather just let Craig have the starting job, Ariza is bound to be overpaid and declinig within the year.

While I don't expect Jokic to play that bad very often, Plumlee has played well ...up to his contract well ???? Not yet but imagine if we hadn't resigned him and only kept Faried as our backup....think we'd be looking at the lottery again. Definitely could've found a comparable backup (for cheaper) but Plumlee was the most familiar with our system.
