I’d rather have Beasley’s contract than Dions. So sure

Thank you so much for posting that I was so pissed that ESPN showed highlights with nothing from the guy who was the best player on the floor that night in Beasley.

on his biggest nights with the knicks he is being used as a power forward not a small forward not a center. Impressed in the highlights if u notice he finished with either hand so smooth and the assists were awesome. When Zinger comes back Beas will go back to bench and 5-10 minutes a game and wait for the next opportunity.

This might be it for Beasley, teams are looking for the next young thing, but im happy for him anyway kinda like I was for Ricky Williams when he found his happiness.

unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Would love to be a fly on the wall when a teams coaching staff discuss Beas.

Most talented scrub ever, how is it no one is able to make him useful.

I think Pop would be a good coach for him or Brad Stevens.

You know I've always been against Beasley fitting in on our current rosters in the past because well he just didn't fit with the offense. This might be the first time our club could use Beasley, his game would fit perfectly with our offense currently while we are looking for a PF able to create and hit a three.

He took 8 shots (not including the 3s) in this highlight video off isolation and did basic kickouts and passes or hockey assists.

Glad it works for the Knicks, because it would not work here. We would try to revert him back to 3 & D, because that's what we need, and he'd suck again, because that isn't what he provides.

Not intending to turn this into another "Spo sucks" or "he was never used properly" type of comment, but we were never able to get he beat out of him for two reasons:
1. Our offence was always designed around the strengths of better players, rather than his.
2. Our defensive system highlights his defensive flaws, rather than hide them.

If he'd been given his own team out of college and allowed to grow into a Melo-esque player then he may have developed into an all-star who never gets deep into the POs. But that's all hindsight, and now I just hope he gets the chance to keep showing what he's got when KP comes back.

Spurs did give him a workout at some point.

I think he might be better than Stat but Stat is the better locker room presence so it's fine. He's not better than McBob.

Beasley was the first victim of Spo's idiosyncracies.
