He's also worse. If they're making a move I'd rather get a player I'd say improves the team and I don't think Bradley does as much as Lee could. Also Bradley would be a half season rental.

I can tell you the two reasons:

1) Donovan loves Grant. 33 games in and Grant is 6th in minutes, 6th in USG%.

2) It puts pressure on Melo's minutes.

Per stats.nba.com, Adams+Patterson has played 55 minutes so far (+9.3 NetRtG). It's the Thunder's least used two man lineup out of all the lineups that Donovan has played in at least 15 games.
"I don't know of any player that, when the shot goes up, he doesn't want it to go in," Donovan said
