What does that mean? None of us work for the Sixers and no one on the Sixers care about what we think. If you don’t like a running opinion from someone, you can block them.

You can’t block anyone. All you can do is hide their posts. They still get to post the poison and ruin the discussion, and you still have to see the posts when they are quoted.

Your only choice is to not read the threads, and that sucks for the Sixers fans on this board who want to talk about basketball.

Only the mods have the power to clean this up.

I also thought that we had profanity filters on the board or at least rules about profanity, but people cursing doesn’t seem to trip any alarms either.

its crazy we havent heard a single peep outta him or the organization over the last 2 weeks. he's sitting back completely healthy and watching his new team nose dive. this is the same kid that said he wanted to win ROY and mvp in his rookie season. where's that confidence and competitive fire? this team has been gettin their @$$e$ handed to them and he continues to sit on sidelines dancing and laughing and posting on social media.

Why are you having a go at Markelle? It's pretty standard that if a player is out injured and not playing that they aren't available to the media. I also haven't seen any videos of him dancing and laughing on social media. Where are they? Link me to these so called videos of Markelle not taking basketball seriously... because they certainly aren't on twitter or Instagram where I follow him.

Yeah the hot takes have been really bad recently. I wonder if the people who are complaining the loudest were watching Sixers ball when they went 10-72. I just can't bring myself to get upset about this season.

Why doesn't anyone believe he has a hurt shoulder? Check out these highlights from preseason - he's got his shoulder taped up.

I feel like he's got the potential to come in and clown people. He's got a bit of that killer instinct we need, and hopefully he's reading all these trolls and just chomping at the bit to make his mark.

Thrilling highlight. He was already "injured" in this highlight too. The next Dwayne Wade...

would be thrilled if he even comes close to the level donovan mitchell is playin. think about mitchell's fit with us. he plays good d, is a secondary ballhandler who can create shots and is a threat from downtown. im sure our record would be 20-13 or somethin like that if we traded down and picked him up.

fultz got enough vacation. time to show and man up.

Different players. Mitchell has elite burst and athleticism. Fultz was always better at the extremely important indicator, turnover rate... and Fultz was the better shooter...

I think he is a very good prospect, he is more athletic than given credit, he kind of moves effortless around there, problem is, his jumpshot is the most important part of his game, his midrange jumper I mean (I believe he will be average to below average 3pt shooter) so he needs to rediscover his jumpshot.

i didnt mean he was dancing and laughing on social media. i meant he's dancing and laughing at the games he's attended and he's tweeting and retweeting nothing but highlights of other players and being a cheerleader. i apologize for not communicating that better. im not gonna go back thru games and try to find him dancing and laughing as we're getting game winning threes drained on us. ive seen it with my own eyes. i get it he's not available but we've gotten absolutely nothing from the organization and in another week when he's reevaluate and another 2-3 weeks from the court then what? i want markelle to be great just like the next sixer fan. the guy has been out damn near 2 months with shoulder imbalance. completely healthy now but isnt practicing with the team.... ill have a go at markelle and this organization all i want until he gets his @$$ on the court and proves he was worth what we gave up.

^I second being witness to him dancing and joking from the bench during tight games. I watched him doin it during the Laker game where Ingram killed us. I don't think it's out of Character for a 19 year old newly acquired millionaire to act like a clown. He's a kid, he's certainly going to have immature moments. I think he's just having fun and enjoying the life he's been blessed to have. Hopefully when the lights come on and he finally plays next October he'll shine for us. Until then, I guess get used to him being a cheerleader.

lol i knew i wasnt the only one who saw :D. i mean sure its not a big deal but its very frustrating and its being magnified by how bad we are playing right now. I like how you threw NEXT october in there. you know whats up.... if he doesnt start practicing this week then what will ppl expect come saturday or sunday when they give us an update? lol im bracing for that incoming 2-3 week reevaluation announcement. hopefully he starts practicing after the christmas game and he's back on the court by the end of this week or start of next. not gonna hold my breath though

good point on the lack of credit given to his athleticism. markelle doesnt have elite burst but he can change gears very well and ive seen videos of him dunking from the free throw line and throwing down other monstrous athletic dunks. definitely plenty athletic to get the job done. and he shot 41% even tho its college and he shot 40% and 50% from 3 in his first two summer league games. he wasnt shooting well in the 3rd one and got injured and that was pretty much the last time we seen a regular jumpshot. assuming his jumper gets back to normal, what makes you think he'll be just an average to below average 3 pt shooter? bad free throws? just curious...

Granted he didn't set the world on fire that game, but he got to the spots he wanted and did fine - after already missing a preseason game for shoulder soreness - he comes back and is solid against the Celtics. He's obviously recovering from a shoulder issue, and will be happy to prove everyone wrong when he comes back.

I feel like half of this board has forgotten the timeline of how this all went down. Or maybe it's just a vocal minority - but it's shocking the degree of denial of some of us here. It's like listening to someone demonizing the opposing political party using all of the biased catchphrases with full disregard of facts.

I guess that's what the Internet's for tho - but sheesh, it gets hard to have a rational conversation sometimes.
