Ho Ho effing Ho
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Can't even vote.

Just a great team win. Yeah, I don't want to be too optimistic but that was a good showing.

Russ 12-18 after the first quarter. Both Melo and George making shots they've been missing. Roberson +14 in 28 minutes.
"I don't know of any player that, when the shot goes up, he doesn't want it to go in," Donovan said

I tried to vote for the whole starting 5, but ended up with PG and Dre for the awesome defense.

Could have voted for Melo because he was so efficient (and even PG was great) but voted for Westbrook because he played really high BBIQ for once (he only took one 3 point attempt)

Melo 8/12 0 turnovers and some decent defense is really impressive.

Agree.

Our ceiling would be so much higher if only we had one scorer coming from the bench :(

This is almost sig worthy. If Pil quotes it and agrees it might put it over the top.

More concerned about the fact that our coach prefers Huestis over Patterson

I thought the Utah win was pretty impressive too.

This. Anyone that thinks Huestis and/or Abrines deserve time over Roberson is clueless.

It's highly concerning that, 34 games into the season, our idiot head coach still thinks Huestis and Grant are more useful players than Patterson.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

I think Melo was buying into his new role from day 1 but it took a while for him to be effective by taking less shots per night (and to shoot better from deep). Now he looks comfortable (hope it will continue). We can't ask for more from him.
