Don't reply like this. Just report it and I will hand out warnings.

Batch of warnings issued. Next batch will come with 24 hour timeouts at a minimum, regardless of if it is your first offense and if you are responding to an idiot who is posting crap that has no place on this board.

Not acceptable.

GM that knows how to project talent vs GM that doesn't.

Still hurts that we did not draft Jordan Bell. That kid would have been a perfect energy guy and target man for Simmons.

Or kept any of those sold second rounders. The team has no depth because the questionable aging youth they had hasn;t grown into starters. Stopping that pipeline was silly, you need someone to grow into the next Stauskas (dud) or Holmes (not a dud, needs more pt) behind TLC and Anderson.

I’m thinking today, right? Wasn’t that tweet earlier saying good news to report “tomorrow” (was posted the 25th).

Yep. Waiting to hear something...

BC will probably just announce that he's proud to be giving a "positive" status update on Fultz......... three weeks from today. Stay tuned! Welcome to the moment!

Yea. I mean, I can see why they started targeting stashes.....because roster spots were/are limited. If we hit on 1 of Bolden/Picnic Basket/Lesort ill be happy.....BUT some of these guys on the roster are just not panning out.

TLC is not what we hoped, and I'm seriously souring on his potential. I viewed him as a potential Thabo. And athletic 2/3 who can defend, run the floor and finish above the rim and hit spot up 3's. But his IQ is so low, his shot is not developing, his defense is horrendous and his finishing is as bad as his shot.

Holmes shows flashes, but we seem stuck on his direction. I view him more as an athletic PF....They seem to plug him into the 5 spot, and I think he's destined to fail there because of a lack of size. If we really view him as a center, just sell him off now.

Furkan is at least a year away and just fractured his foot so who the hell knows.

Like i mentioned, I understand some of the stash picks. Korkmaz and TLC were both swings based on "upside" but Imagine if we took a Brogdon or even Pat McCaw instead of Korkmaz. They did not necessarily posses the "upside" of some others, but quite a few of quality guys on this board (and myself) could clearly see how many 3/D qualities both of those guys checked off. They were ideal, plug and play role players in the NBA. Same for Bell.

Hopefully this season is a wake up call for BC and the scouting dept.....but something in my gut tells me thats not going to be the case.

Armchair scouts and contrarians... the expert consensus says they were 2nd round picks...

i think he's been practicing for a while now. When he wasn't in Kentucky he was practicing with the team doing drills.

They haven’t said anything in regards to that, I hope what u saying is true. I am hoping he comes back Thursday and they ease him back slowly. I don’t care if he gets only 10-12 mins a game until he gets back to game shape. I know it’s wishful thinking but hoping it happens for our sanity.

there have been videos of him a month or so back i remember when he was shooting left handed at the end of a practice and people were questioning that and wondering why he was doing that. he hasn't done any 5 on 5 or anything like that from what we have been told but he has definitely been on the floor doing drills. plenty of videos of that around.

The "roster spots were limited" argument went out the window when we wasted two roster spots on Okafor and Stauskas and two two-way contracts on McAdoo and Pullen.

I'm alright with targeting stashes, but not when we're wasting current roster spots. I'll never agree with the selling 2nds though - at minimum just take a few more stashes or try to consolidate some of those 2nds into trying to move up in the draft.

I was never particularly high on Brogdon - I thought he would be a decent pick in the early 2nd but he wasn't someone I was hoping we'd target. However, it was frustrating to see the Warriors buy both McCaw and Bell in back to back years, guys I was hoping we'd land. I liked Luwawu too though and think we shouldn't give up on trying to develop him - just keep him out of the rotation as much as possible and give him time in the G League if necessary. We'd be able to be more patient with him if we hadn't wasted so many roster spots.
