Take Rodgers, Brees, Rivers, Brady, Roth, Smith out due to age. Maybe Rodgers stays in but he keeps busting that shoulder and is getting older.

Wilson, Wentz, Watson, Stafford, Prescott, Newton, Goff, Mariota, Cousins, Winston, Luck, Ryan and Carr is the field. Throw in anyone I’m missing.

Wentz: Would have been the surefire MVP had he not got hurt
Garoppolo: What he's doing considering his support cast and when he came in, is simply Amazing
Newton: If Carolina ever got him a decent supply of WR talent, he would be top tier
Luck: Very good but IMO overrated and feasted on the terrible AFC south
Watson: Houston's soul died when he went down. He definitely has that "it" factor
Goff: Rebounded quite nicely after a disasterous rookie year (Jeff Fisher effect)
Wilson: Manages to continuously make plays with a crap o-line and lesser WR's, but not an ideal skillset and gets lucky a lot
Stafford: Great arm, but getting older and hasn't ever elevated his team much
Prescott: I'm not entirely sold on him, I wonder how much of his performance is a result of having an elite O-line and run game
Mariota: Seems very brittle, and his ceiling looks to be prime Kaepernick to me
Ryan: Good player but now on the backside of his career, and personally never been all that high on him
Cousins: Solid player, not going to lead you anywhere noteworthy
Carr: Meh
Winston: Will he ever mature? And still struggling despite some good talent around him

I am wondering how well Watson will do in the long term. From what I've read, the Texans run simple plays that don't require Watson to make reads and he does quite a bit of read option type plays. I wonder how well that works long term and if defenses stop that whether Watson will adjust

Yeah RG3 had a huge rookie season until he got hurt at the end.

But then his head got too big, got the Shanahans fired and then never developed any further.

Jimmy G is in tier of Staffords Matt Ryans. and he can be aaron Rodgers. what he has is the accuracy.
