Pacers Convert Alex Poythress To Standard Contract

The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday they have signed forward Alex Poythress to a standard NBA contract. 


Poythress has been a two-way player this season, splitting time between the Pacers and the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the G League. Poythress will no longer be a two-way player. He has appeared in 11 games for the Pacers this season.

Nice "feel good" story seeing a select few guys playing their way into regular contracts like this.
