MrDollarBills wrote:^waaaay better. The fandom romanticizes the old characters as these infallible legends and hold up let me spoiler tag this:

Spoiler:
Luke's commentary about himself and the Jedi was a direct knock towards that, and rightfully so

this also plays into why I think people were so pissed that he died in the way that he did. Like he was supposed to go out some other way? He had come full circle.

but Rey, Finn, and Poe (whose character was really fleshed out in The Last Jedi) have a lot more depth to me. I hope Rose gets more of her story fleshed out in the next installment, I liked her a lot.

Spoiler:
Most definitely, Luke's commentary on his and the Jedis 'legacy' was a great monologue, definitely one of my favourite parts of the film.

Again, agree about the way he died, gutted it happened mostly because of Carrie Fishers passing and it would've been nice if one of the original 3 was there for episode 9, but it was literally called 'The Last Jedi'

Me too, the ground work is there to REALLY flesh out these characters and show how dynamic these characters actually are for episode 9.

Really??

Damn lol. I was hesitant to watch it for a long time and finally gave it a whirl last week and was instantly hooked. Watched both seasons over the course of maybe 5 days. Best show on TV for me since Breaking Bad.

I started to, I liked it a lot, I'm bad at keeping up with TV shows though. Plan on binge watching it soon though.

I'm hesitant to admit this...

You just wait, bro, you'll see. Season 2 is off the charts. Mike's storyline is awesome and Jimmy has some great character development.

Mike was my favorite character from Breaking Bad as well.

I watched the first I think 4 episodes of season one of Saul. Going to start it over from scratch and binge watch it starting this week.

I wish Universe 9 and Universe 4 were combined: a scumbag GoD and a scumbag Kai would have been great. The new combined team would be:

1) Bergamo
2) Ganos
3) Shantza
4) Basil
5) Lavender
6) Monna
7) Gamisaras
8) Dercori
9) Majora
10) Shosa

Additionally, I'd have the Trio de Dangers be able to combine into a three-headed cerberus like creature, creating a greater warrior. They'd still lose, but at least it'd be a more interesting universe. That's one of the changes I'd make to the Universal Survival arc, but when it gets down to the final episodes, I might write up my entire re-write.

He's even better in Saul. His storyline is honestly my favorite. Though, I am a season behind (I don't watch the new season until the next season comes out) So how season 2 ended was awesome. No idea about season 3 yet.

Anyone here do any all inclusive's lately? Top of the budget is 2100 for 2 people including trip insurance, tax and non-stop flight, early morning out and latest flight possible back, from this arctic abyss. Looking for something in mid to late February,4 to 5 nights. Only real requirements would be; tropical, international, swim-up bar and good food/drink.

Not looking for you guys to be my travel agent and waste countless hours of your time researching for me lol, but if you've been to one the last couple years and think it will meet or come close to the criteria, holla at ya boy. Been googling for days and I've found a few options, but would love some real life input and personal experiences.

Don't want you thinking this was getting ignored, I have no experience with all inclusive places. I go on cruises a lot.

Good luck, godspeed, and have a great trip, friend.
