Deandre Baker is another one that has a chance to be a very good one. GREAT kid as well. Had a really good upbringing.

He’s had some great plays this game. Seems underrated.
What a block by Carter. Really impressed by him as well. Baller.

I know some Oklahoma alumni that absolutely despise special teams play and knock the coaching aspect of it so the fact that this game MIGHT be decided on a special teams error is so perfect to me. I love it.

Yep. Perfect ending.
Sooners lose.
Sooners lose after a special teams mistake.
Michel is the one to knock them out.
Check, check, and check. Great night so far.

Part of me was also rooting for Oklahoma. I wouldn’t have mine seeing Baker win a Chip. Kid is a walk-on. Gotta root for someone like that.

Alabama players are so physical, and they look so much bigger than the Clemson players.

If anybody is watching the Bama game, that returner right there for Bama, his name is Trevon Diggs. Only a sophomore but moves so well. Was one of the top athlete recruits in the country. Running style reminds me a little of a young Ted Ginn. He's also the younger brother of Vikings WR Stefon Diggs.
He's one to watch the next year or so.

Wilkins and the dline are having a rough go so far.
Can’t believe Ridley was left alone that entire play. Moronic.

Re: 2017-18 CFB SEASON / '18 NFL DRAFT
I stopped watching the Rose Bowl gm after early 3rd Qtr for other reasons but I am stunned that Georgia came back and beat Oklahoma.... Riley had that offense going and the playcalling was killing the bulldogs... Idk how defensively they came through cuz they were lost and beaten left n right. Offensively, the run game was destroying the Sooners. Nothing changed there.
Maybe, just maybe... considering it was a tie game going to double OT... that FG at the end of the first was the momentum changer after all?

He'll come off well in interviews IMO and could snatch some people's attention in the process if they haven't already seen him. Almost quit football his freshman year to become a firefighter. He talked to his family and with the help of the coaches convinced him to keep playing. Only one big year of production but he projects well to different offenses and if the effort and desire is there should be one of the better blockers to come out of this class IMO.

Re: 2017-18 CFB SEASON / '18 NFL DRAFT
I know it's someone else's presumption to what Irsay was commenting on regarding the RB position, but if he was in fact alluding to something like that, I would have to strongly disagree with him in that Barkley being a better RB than James. In terms of his ability to break tackles at will, James was special. Dude was not only fast, but his power...his abilty to break tackles I thought was rare for a guy that frame. He didn't have a Jerome Bettis size but he broke damn near as many tackles as he did:
Saquon Barkley - RB - Nittany Lions
Colts owner Jim Irsay hinted that the team might select an RB early in Aprils NFL draft.
"You put (Andrew Luck) on that field, healed up, and you put an Edgerrin James -- maybe that's bigger, faster, stronger -- ... this is going to be a special place to be and a special place to play," Irsay told the media. James was the No. 4 overall selection back in 1999, and the Colts now hold the No. 3 overall pick with an obvious top talent in Saquon Barkley possibly available. Irsay previously signed off on a trade that sent a first-round pick for Trent Richardson just a few seasons ago.

Re: 2017-18 CFB SEASON / '18 NFL DRAFT
He could be the next Jimmy G if a team drafts him and make him sit and develop him for the next 2 or 3 years:
Jarrett Stidham - QB - Tigers
Auburn redshirt sophomore QB Jarrett Stidham said that he will mull over a potential jump for the NFL Draft during an upcoming three-day hunting trip.
"I'm about to go hunting for three days out in the middle of nowhere pretty much, and I'm going to think about everything then," Stidham explained. He's submitted paperwork to the NFL's College Advisory Committee in order to gain some insight into where he could potentially land should he declare. Stidham, a Baylor transfer, passed for 3,158 yards with an 18/6 TD/INT ratio this season. Should Stid the Kid opt for the NFL, Draft Analyst believes he could rise as high as a second-round selection.

Korey Robertson - WR - Golden Eagles
Southern Miss redshirt junior WR Korey Robertson will enter the 2018 NFL Draft.
Robertson caught 76 passes for 1,106 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2017. The pass catcher said the NFL feedback he received placed him in the "mid-rounds," however designations now are first round, second round and "go back to school." The latter seems to be Robertson's designation. 2017 was easily Robertson's best season, and he was on the field for 87 percent of the school's snaps.
