Plus if current polls are correct the independent Quinnipiac Poll the Highest demographic for the Republican Party is 50 to 64 43% Over 65 40%. The 18 to 34 group is the lowest at 25%. The Republican Party has 4% Black and 26% Hispanic support. Plus White Women support at 34% so again it should be doom and gloom because immigration policies are alienating even more minority voters.

There is no reason for minoroties to stay with the Democrats. Republicans simply need to expand their platform and make it work for minorities.

Republicans and minorities are actually a natural fit because most minorities are extremely religious or at least somewhat religious where Democrats are more and more atheist

There is a difference in being religious and a born again zealot (judge Moore) which the radical religious right very little difference than them and radical Islamism. Plus the Republican party has done everything they can to restrict minority voting and redistricting. You are mindbogglingly silly with your comments.

that's one thing we agree on 100%. that your posts are naive. uninformed. down right silly. completely one sided. Which makes them complete garbage to anyone with half a brain cell firing even intermittently. But mostly? they are simply un-american. that's why they are so stupid.

And we know why. You are not an American. You are Canadian. And what kind asinine approach it is for a non american to argue with americans about american politics???? Dont answer that. I dont actually care. never did actually. But as non-american-arguing american politics, how silly do you feel? Feel silly at all? probably not. You should. but you dont. I could not even imagine going on a canadian politics board and arguing with canadians about anything canadian politics. if i did I would tread lightly and carefully and go there mostly to learn and read. Because, you know. Its canada!! it thier effing country!! Not mine!! I'm not canadian. To me it would be like a non LBGTQ person telling LBGTQ people how to feel about LBGTQ issues. Which is just plain WRONG, man!!!!!! And to top it off, you show no ability whatsoever to negotiate with americans about how they should feel about american politics. I mean the level of stupidity in just that basic premise is not only mind boggling but completely lost on you. COMPLETELY EFFIN LOST, MAN.   all of which makes you an even bigger...well i dont want to call anyone names or anything. But its just silly, man. Like waaaaaaaaaay beyond silly.

Let's just call you what you are: canadian!!! and therefore on the outside looking in. You dont care about america or americans. That much is clear. Because you want us to become a socialist country. And americans dont want that. We dont. Sorry. We dont. You do! but we dont. Got it? In the end, you only care about how our policies affect canada. You have criticized every single nationalistic pro-american policy that the US has implemented. why anyone would take anything you say seriously at all is beyond the pale. and shame on them if they do.  They just dont know better. We have a lot of americans like that. Its tough to educate them but we are trying. We have a long way to go. But we will get them up to speed eventually. They have a lot of people(like canadians) always trying to bend their ear in their(anti-american) direction and its very confusing for those americans to negotiate through the misinformation. And American politicians are easily bought off by global minded special interest groups.

Unfortunately, buddy!! Americans are becoming more and more interested in their own damn country. and their own damn people. FIRST. we are done appeasing the rest of the world at the cost of the american tax payer. More and more americans are coming to terms with the fact that all american pay 50 cents of every tax dollar just to pay off the INTEREST on our national debt. If we had no national debt we could cut our taxes in half!!!! We are going to be more and more nationalistic going forward. We (americans) like me are going to keep informing each other and more and more (americans) about our national debt crisis. With respect to the need to keep our economy stimulated so as to continue to stimulate growth. And we are going to be selfish about it. And i personally dont give a rats ass about how it affects canada. Or Canadians. Like Donald trump, I care about americans. All Americans. When ALL Americans are fed. clothed. sheltered. Educated. and have a true and real and fair path to prosperity and personal growth. When that day arrives? then I will begin to care about the rest of the Globe and how we can help them and not a single second before that day. And I will solely vote for politicians with the same ideology as trump. America First!!!! Baby!!!!!!!!

Proud to be a Canadian and a citizen that cares about the world. BTY Canada has a much lower deficit as a % of GDP. Yes Trump is doing away with the deficit adding minimum 1.5 Trillion with new tax plan. WTF are you going to get money to fix infrastructure that requires deficit spending. Greater and greater percentages of Americans are falling into poverty but you don't give a f..k. The civilized democracies laugh at the impotent government structure and your delusional president.

Trump viewed as dangerous and ill informed by allies.
Seasoned diplomats who have seen Trump up close throw around words like “catastrophic,” “terrifying,” “incompetent” and “dangerous.” In Berlin this spring, I listened to a group of sober policy wonks debate whether Trump was merely a “laughingstock” or something more dangerous. Virtually all of those from whom I’ve heard this kind of ranting are leaders from close allies and partners of the United States. That experience is no anomaly. “If only I had a nickel for every time a foreign leader has asked me what the hell is going on in Washington this year … ” says Richard Haass, a Republican who served in senior roles for both Presidents Bush.

Kushner was “very dismissive” about the role of international institutions and alliances and uninterested in the European’s recounting of how closely the United States had stood together with Western Europe since World War II. “He told me, ‘I’m a businessman, and I don’t care about the past. Old allies can be enemies, or enemies can be friends.’ So, the past doesn’t count,” the official recalled. “I was taken aback. It was frightening.”

Doug Jones realized who was most instrumental in getting him elected. We need more minorities in power positions.
Sen.-elect Doug Jones (D-Ala.) has hired former transportation official and congressional aide Dana Gresham as his new chief of staff.
Jones will be the only Senate Democrat to have an African-American chief of staff once Gresham comes on board. Two Senate Republicans, Sens. Tim Scott of South Carolina and Jerry Moran of Kansas, have black chiefs of staff. ...

Jones has made hiring a diverse staff a priority since he staged an upset win over Republican Roy Moore in last month's special Senate election in Alabama.

Remember Roy Moore's wife stating we have a Jewish lawyer so we are prejudice. Well that Jewish lawyer voted for Doug Jones.

Really technically he was good old pedophile Roy's sons lawyer!

Jones will have a brief run at being a Senator, I hope he accomplishes a lot during his time there cause he'll be out at the next election.

Fusion GPS, the research firm responsible for the “Steele dossier,” defended itself late Tuesday against what it called “mendacious conspiracy theories” spun by Republicans and President Trump, saying its critics were simply “chasing rabbits” to punish it for exposing Trump’s links to Russia.

You guys realize engaging with SD20 is a massive net negative for this thread, right? Like I just scrolled through eight consecutive [blocked] SD20 posts which I imagine are rife with conspiracy theory, fake news and incoherent rambling. The last SD20 post I saw involved him sharing a fake Julian Assange tweet that had no basis in reality.

And if you are fine with this thread becoming the SD20 fake news repository, you still have to recognize that any argument with him is fruitless and a constantly moving target. He's not arguing in good faith, he doesn't care when he's wrong and he will simply move on to the next fake and wrong thing once you show him incontrovertible evidence that he's wrong.

Dunking on deplorables like SD20 is fun for a while, but it occupies like 75% of this thread, and the fact that he'll gleefully post eight consecutive times shows that he's getting way too much attention.

A few months ago Sen Grassley stated he had no problem with the transcripts being released.

Obviously that hasn't happened yet but I'll assume he's man of his word.....

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

That guy honestly made me rethink the whole "Russian Bots" thing. I thought he was a bot for awhile. Then after reading several of his incoherent posts in a row, I came to the realization that he's just an idiot.

The only thing I can ask for in this thread: PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE HIS POSTS. It means the people who are actually ignoring him are forced to read his nonsense. If you want to engage with him, quote his post but delete the content. That way, we the people who value our sanity, don't have to be subjected to his stupidity.
