This is very frustrating to me. The league mandates we build a new arena or we relocate. We abide, in a relatively easy fashion, and they show us no love for the second year in a row (Chicago was awarded year). We're putting up a brand new, state-of-the-art building and we can't get an all-star game years down the road?

And don't tell me the city cannot handle an event like the all-star game. That's just not true. If you want proof, watch in September when we host the Harley 115th.

The NBA told the Bucks once that area is fully developed and (probably most importantly) they get another 5 star hotel then they will give MKE a good chance. It'll come eventually if they new arena and district is a hit AND they get a top notch hotel.

Well didn't the Brewers get an all-star game when they opened Miller Park? I am sure we will get one eventually.

The infamous tie game. Worst all star game of all time. Bradley Center has hosted the McDonalds All American game before so maybe we will get that in a year or two again.

That ASG was actually pretty good - it just ended terribly. You had Sosa hitting bombs out of the park during a derby which was saved from a rainout by the roof, and then you had Hunter robbing Bonds of a Home Run during the game itself.

They should've just done a HR derby to end the game. Pick 3 players on each team, they all get 5 swings, whichever team has the most HR after the 15 swings wins.

Bonds, Sosa, Dunn vs Rodriguez, Ramirez, Giambi. ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

Was in town for the first time in awhile and went down to check out the Arena looks awesome down there now, really hope they build up the surrounding area to the north of the arena because it is still a deadzone. What is the plan for that area?

I think most of those guys were already on their charter jets back home by the time the game was called.

So I read something that said the skywalk from the parking structure is for suite holders only. Is that true? That kinda sucks if thats true.

If this is true that is terrible.

Asking Alex Lasry for conformation on skywalk. Why not lol. Drove past the arena today after leaving Betty Brinn (hit a pothole over by MSOE that just about got us airborne lol) the arena looks great, parking structure looks great, question on the parking structure. The west side of the building I believe is all concrete. I hope they plan on putting something on it or painting it, looks pretty plain and slightly an eyesore

Could be wrong, but I think they’re adding apartments on that end of the parking structure.

So the sky walk to the arena is for Club level and Suite holders only. That kind of sucks. But whatever I wonder how much parking will be probably $30

I want to know how they're going to enforce it. Are they going to have somebody standing in the parking garage checking tickets before they get in the skywalk? Are they going to have people checking tickets at the end of the skywalk and send people back if they don't have a suite or club level ticket?

Stupid decision but par for the course for this group.

I would assume they have a guy on the other side taking tickets.

Would have been a cool option to maybe just have an elevator that brings you to the ground floor after you cross the skywalk so us peasants that spend $30 on parking can walk in a nice warm skywalk after they bend us over.
