Its a bubble like the dot com boom was a bubble. It's the future but people are too hesitant to get in now and once they aren't they'll inflate the prices but it still has real value. Remember the dot com boom made a lot of people rich before the crash and even after the people who held on to what they had when it bombed instead of chickening out are millionaires.

Think of crypto like investing in Amazon in 1998. It was at like $10-20 per share that whole year after booming from under $5, peaked at $100 after booming, tanked to $10-20 after the bubble popped in 2001-2002, and now its at $1200 15 years later. Even if it is a bubble its also the future and the good cryptos will still be around 20 years from now after the bubble has popped and the value is steady.

Get a Binance account once they unlock account creation, buy POE (po.et) and TRX (Tron). Profit. My boy brought Tron last week at 3 cent and it was at 12 cent when he told me to buy in yesterday. Its at 20 cent now. Po.et was at 8 cent when I got in last month and now its at 16 cent.

Bro Is this why when I keep trying to make an account it says registration paused? Do you know when they will open it?

Apparently it’s because they’re fixing the site and working out other issues (infrastructure things). I’m trying to get on as well...

Shokase, I know nothing about you but if I were you I'd open up an account with Schwab or Vanguard and just put a little away each month in something like VTI, which mirrors the stock market. Over time you'll be very, very happy. Just don't watch it every day.

Yeah and no one knows when they'll reenable it but its well needed. Binance is crashed a good 30% of the time. Sometimes it even boots your session mid transaction.

But Coinbase and Binance are all anyone needs to get started. If Binance isn't working still just wait and be ready for it to start working.

Everything can be labeled a bubble for the ease of lack of understanding or research.

Crypto has staying power but 97% will go belly up. You got the ability to pick the right lady at the bar that is wife material? Don’t be fooled by the figure of her.

Amen.

I see it's only being sold on 3 platforms, E-Balla. I'm assuming wait for binance? Been reading about the others, and one of them doesn't work in the US and the other seems shady.

RChain (RHOC) from 40 cents a few days ago, right now it's at $2.12. :o :o
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

I'd wait honestly but its on you if you don't. I will say I haven't used other platforms for it though.

Bitcoin is backed up by nothing. When governments want to kill it it will crash.

For any of you wanting more information about ICON, here is a start:
Follow that youtube channel previously mentioned - yeah he drinks beer every episode (lol), but he also travels to conferences and speaks with people close to the team. He does his DD for sure. (Also, just do youtube searchers on it, MANY people are wise to it now, no longer a secret.)

Keep up on ICON’s Reddit, this is the main one. https://www.reddit.com/r/icon/ You can ask questions there and often get good responses.

Nice article here: https://thebitcoin.pub/t/icon-icx-roundup-important-facts/17644

Very nice info here: http://spec-rationality.com/icon/

This is how their delegation system works - http://icon.support/icon-dpos-delegated-proof-of-stack-incentive-explained/

I do expect this “platform” to hit $50 to $100 this year. The owner of ICON also owns the number 2 largest S. Korean exchange, Coinone. The main net goes live on the 24th of this month, and will be trading on Coinone around then.

ICON had some real hype thrown my way from some heads that tipped me on Ripple when it was just over 20 cents a pop. I didn't do any research yet though, so many thanks for the links and info fam!

Where would you store ICON? I'm looking at the Ledger Nano S and it doesn't support it.

I'm so mad at Tron right now. I knew it was going to go up but I just wasn't liquid enough to get money into it and forgot about. I'm still going to buy in because I think it can break $1 but I really wanted to get in at .04

I invested in Ripple when it was .24 cents in late November. I've made a nice return you can bet that!

I was hoping Coinbase would add Ripple on their platform but they just said they are not adding any new coins. Sucks but I'm planning on hodling at least until the end of 2019.

So been researching ICON a bunch and definitely think it's worth taking a flyer on.
Problem is binance froze new registrations.
Anyone have another legit spot to acquire ICX?
