Blazers seek revenge vs. Hawks with Lillard in tow

For the last two weeks, the condition of Damian Lillard's right leg has been a concern for the Portland Trail Blazers.

The good news for Portland is Lillard is expected to play and the team is listing the star guard as probable for Friday's home game with the Atlanta Hawks.

Portland went 3-2 in Lillard's absence and its worst performance without the star occurred Saturday in a 104-89 loss at Atlanta.

Atlanta (10-27) owns the league's worst record but is playing better of late with three wins in five games. Atlanta shot 56.5 percent in the fourth quarter in its win over Portland on Saturday when Dennis Schroder scored seven of his 22 points.

Atlanta has won its last three visits to Portland.

Look out for Nurkic...I watched their last game and there was one play that kinda scared me...Nurkic got a steal and straight up sprinted so hard up the court it was frightening...I swear no joke it looked like a grizzly bear at full speed..I gotta tell ya I'm still a lil shook up...geez he's big..

Ps Tonight I'm a huge Celtics fan...arrggghh quick some soap...and the game between the Bulls and Mavs..somebody's gotta win. :-)

Nurkic can be a monster for sure.

I'm good with a solid effort. 1 possession game til the end. Oh and if we're down 3 with under 5sec, rootin for us to take a 3 not a 4sec layup.

Portland is a 6.5 point favorite.
That seems about right but I give Portland the edge and expect them to cover.

I have the Blazers as well...Kind of up and down as of late but they did beat Philly on their home floor and put up 114 doing so. Plus they got Lillard back. Blazers win going away.

Curious to see if Collins can hold his own on the boards vs Nurk.
