Watching the post-game... they have JJ on and Chambers just keeps talking about his bad shot. Like dude, shut up. He knows, he'll fix it.. you don't have to keep bringing it up mid-sentence. I think he had a few cocktails during the game.

Is Trump still president?
Stop bringing politics into the NBA forum. This is the major reason why NFL is struggling and Can't sell out their stadiums. No need to mix politics with sports.
Oh please, it was just a joke. Not an in-depth political statement.
Trump being horrible isn't even partisan anymore.

They've got the tools, just need to put it all together. And get a real PG.
Just keep growing.
Booke and TJ are real we know this. If those young ass 2 no. 4 draft picks turn into something, well.......add 1 Star and eff the draft.

Someone said Bender stopped just running the plays 100% of the time (for that drive/lay-up) and that is GREAT.
The dude is huge, has great length and with more confidence is a dead-eye shooter. He should be breaking down big guys and taking mismatches all day.

Josh Jackson with his best game of the rookie season. He’s had good statlines before but this is first really good stat line with the team winning that too over a pretty good squad.
Bender looks so much more comfortable out there under Triano than he ever did under Watson.
Missed what happened to Chriss...did it look bad? Any injury updates on him?
I’d hate to see the bench chemistry get messed up by someone having to move up into a starting role from that 2nd unit.

As good as Bender and Jackson played tonight that is the absolute minimum expectation for them.

I love his court vision not just on offense but on defense as well. You can see he's always scanning the court and gets to spots defensively while offensive plays are still coming together. Dude just has great basketball IQ

I didn't realise Bender only just turned 20.
That was some sort of game for someone who was a teenager 6 weeks ago.

Players with six 3's, 4 assists, 3 blocks at age 20 or younger are Kevin Durant and now Dragan Bender
and this too

Where are the people that mentioned that we've had the easiest schedule and things will only get harder from here? Like we aren't capable of beating playoffs teams.
I think the Thunder players didn't do a good job scouting our guys, they were likely homing in on Booker and Warren. This game should be a major boost to Bender/Jackson's confidence and I hope it's only the beginning of things to come. If they can maintain some level of consistency the rest of the season we'll be a good position going into next season.

17/10/5 & 20/6/4/3 are the minimum expectations for a rookie and the 13th youngest player in the NBA (with 84 games of NBA experience)?

I wish Bender showed more emotions like he did after hitting those back to back threes. We need more of that because it's contagious and can get the rest of the guys going.

Picks 3-7 (2016 draft) best performance this season:
Jaylen Brown had 27-4
Dragan Bender had 20-6-4-3
Kris Dunn had 32-9-4
Buddy Hield had 27-5
Jamal Murray had 32-4
He's now at least in the conversation with a breakout performance.

I'd be one of them.
One win against a decent team n the trash talk commences. Ridiculous.
Anyway, they will lose most of these types of games, n like it. It was their night tonight, nearly everybody had an all world game for their particular talents. Good for the suns. N good for you to get caught up in the moment, but savor the flavor, for they will struggle.

That ball movement tho....
I mean...damn. We're really fun to watch right now. The passing and team work and effort are excellent.
Chriss, Jackson, and Bender are all improving.
I'm a tank advocate, but I can't argue with us playing like this. If we win games with Book/TJ/JJ/Bender scoring 26/23/17/20...f-it!

We've definitely shown the ability to beat playoff teams, beating Minnesota, Washington and others, just like all teams do. Just like you stated, the Hawks have beaten some. But all those people are right in the fact that are schedules gets much tougher. That's a fact and I think anyone can equate that with wins being harder to come by, but these games will be a great test for the young team.
I'm glad the schedule was easier after Triano took over as he actually has been able to do some real coaching which has obviously elevated our level of play, given us some wins and confidence, which is great. I don't recall anyone stating we can't beat playoff teams, but could have missed it.

The team system is automatic now I can barely remember a time recently where I've thought too much iso or poor defensive rotation.
