It may be time for DeRozan to cement his superstar status.

With that said **** like this pisses me off.

I consider Lowry having to be carried off of the floor to be justice. No one shed any tears when Carroll had to be helped off of the floor the other night.

Joe Harris the only 2way tanking player in the league. Improving their pick (if they had one) and the picks they get from other teams.

I'm pretty sure he was told to take a few more shots tonight against a weak team, as they are hoping to get him going a bit. It just backfired a little bit as the game ended up a lot closer than the coaches likely anticipated.

Credit the Nets where it's due. They played their butts off and looking at their record over the past few days, it includes a win over the wolves and 2 very close losses to Boston.

For me personally a lot of the fun about following a team is defending it's player. I must admit, I have never have to defend 20/10 so hard against the same fanbase.

Of course, the other pleasure is to criticize the coach :D and no one still have solve me this riddle:

End of the clock shot, it'd be an iso, you don't play your best screener/rebounder.

Why?

Were you near Superfan?

No, I was behind the Raptors bench, Nav was on the other side of the court.

Got to meet Jack, really nice guy though I think he was more interested in my wife than he was talking to me :D

Jack looks way younger in person, which is weird 'cause usually it's the opposite.

Anyways, good times!

And wether or not it was a foul....His block on Dinwiddie a couple of possesions back and then his defense on the very last play was a major Key

dude Ibaka got both hands on both of dimwiddies hands and got no ball. it was a brutal non-call that we were very lucky to get. if it happened to us we'd be losing our sh*t. but hey i'll take it.

edit: i was talking about the attempted dunk when it was still a tie game

That was a foul for sure, get used to it. Dinwiddie just said in the post game that he gets it and will go to the gym so he can play through those non calls.

Believe me we see this nightly, the refs are a problem for the NBA.

Watch the replay again from the backboard camera and you can see that it's not a foul.

Ibaka's right hand clips the ball and jars it out of Dimwiddie's hands as he's trying to throw it down.

It's subtle, but it's there.

Aside from that terrible play to end the 4th, he didn't have a lot of help to work with. Miles, OG and Ibaka were cold, then Lowry went out.

Demar's getting a lot better at reading games and understanding when he needs to step up and score, or when he can take a step back and let the other guys roll with it. This was one of those games where we needed our guy to step up and score late and he did just that. Let's not forget that he did have 6 assists as well.

i agree with you everyone else was just cold, but most his assists did come in like the first quarter. Im not saying he will but i just hope demar doesn't have the mindset he has to do it himself especially now with lowry out.

be very afraid then. ISO ball is prevalent around the league with 2 minutes and less left in games. teams know exactly what you run in SLOB situations or BLOB's..they also know what you like to run late in games.

GL drawing up a play and getting a good shot off. curry/kd and bron all ISO late in games i dont see their fans worrying.

what would YOU have done differently coach

with lowry out what they will miss is his 3pt shooting how will demar make that up? yall worry over nothing.

for the past 3 seasons the offense has been designed for demar to get doubled so he can find open shooters. yea even when they played "ISO" ball. he'll swing the ball.

Get well soon KL. This one's on Casey. JV, Poetl or Lucas should have been on the floor with Serge to take care of the boards.

Isolation at the end of the games isn't the problem per se, if you're a willing passer who'll find the open man when the additional defenders come over to help on you.

The problem is when you're an ISO player who thinks that you have carte blanche to take a tough shot because the coach has allowed you to go into an ISO situation, which has been Demar's tendency.

An ISO play should not mean tunnel vision. You still need to survey the whole floor for options as you're iso-ing. If Demar really absorbed this, he'd be much more effective in iso's. You can't have your mind made up when you get the ball that you're going to shoot it --- it's too predictable for the defense.

im not disagreeing with you i was just expressing my concern, i mean they played well all season and last nights game vs cavs was awesome seeing Demar letting the offence come to him and passing the ball.
