If we can't get out from under Henson and / or Delly's contracts then Snell's could become a problem immediately after we extend Jabari.

And that's aside from the big question mark at center.

Our cap problems will only get worse too as Middleton, Brogdon and Bledsoe come up for extensions the season after as well.

it could get significantly better if the Mirza situation actually works out where he never plays again....could clear that salary by early November I believe.

the way Henson is playing this season, and i never thought i'd say this, makes his salary palatable. i cringe thinking about where we'd be without him.

Delly's contract would be nice to get out of....but I'm not looking forward to paying Brogdon after next year...though Midds and Bledsoe will also be up at that time.

I can't even get excited about rumors or to speculate here so long as Kidd is coach. He's flagrantly underperforming and will only inhibit any talent we add.

Remember, Bucks have 2 trade exceptions expiring next month: a 5 million on 2/8 (trade deadline) and a 1,151,241 on 2/2. They should increase the chances of making a trade. Dibbs on Marc Gasol.

Cut Vaughn sign Withey or Bogut, good enough options for now

The thing to remember is that Henson's contract decreases to less than $10 million in his last year. Snell's increases to over $12 million with his player option. That player option will screw the Bucks if Tony continues to be invisible.

A player option to a bench player. Only the Bucks.

I would keep Vaughn until after the trade deadline. They might need his spot or his salary as a throw in to a deal. If everyone is truly looking for wing help, then Vaughn might have some value as a young throw in and Snell will have value with his 3pt%.

Rather than cut Vaughn, I wonder if they could talk Terry into becoming an Assistant Coach. I'm guessing that probably won't happen, but every minute Terry is on the court I keep thinking those minutes should go to either Sterling Brown or Vaughn. Terry seems like a great guy, but what he contributes on the court is minimal. Time for Terry to buy some more suits and sit on the bench and use that open roster spot for Bogut.

Can’t picture Bogut returning to Milwaukee. He hates Milwaukee and is completely washed anyways. Not a great veteran locker room guy either. If we want an old washed up center Emeka Okafor is in the GLeague.

I need to know where the Bogut hates Milwaukee thing comes from.

I don't know if he hates MKE, but he left on very bad terms with the medical staff and I think Skiles that were pushing him to play when he was telling them there was something wrong with his arm yet. After he was traded (I think) he had a clean up surgery and they removed excess bone chips and he posted a picture of those with some comment geared toward the medical staff.

I need to know more why anyone thinks an old, decrepit Andrew Bogut stinking up the locker room is a solution to anything.

His contract isn't huge but I feel like he has negative trade value as his contract outweighs his production. I dunno. You feel differently?

Because we're all desperate at the C position, and it is clouding our judgement!

And most figure that absolutely anything is better than the backup we have now.

Oh I get that he hated Skiles etc but I've never seen anything about him hating the city itself.

I think people are just hopeful with Bogut. I think he's done.

Is there any reason Terry couldn't wear a jersey and all the gear, go through pregame warmups and sit on the bench and be the hype man? That's really all he is now, I mean, does he really neeed to be on th roster to do it? Like, technically they could let me do that right? If he's a coach in a suit it would be weird to jumping on chairs and waiving towels to the crowd and stuff, popping off the bench and celebrating. He's getting the money already as it gauranteed and that's all he can really contribute at this point, just let him do it while using his roster spot on a big.

Actually, that's pretty risky as our coach might see him and put him in the game anyway.

I thought I remember him even being somewhat happy or as happy as a bogut gets with Milwaukee. It was the organization that he was upset with.

When even the Aussies are on here saying Bogut sucks it's probably time to reconsider whether we actually want him.

I'll admit to having no idea where his head is at these days, but coming to play with Delly and Thon for 10 minutes a night, to set picks and play some decent team defense and the ability to pass out of the high post is somewhat alluring.

I mean, he isn't my first option, but I also like the option that cost essentially nothing, which is the category he falls under.
