If George leaving makes Melo opts out, is it worth it?

I have not seen all of the game but the end. I think our (George-less)bench/second unit won us this game.

I would really like to see more of a bench without any starter (and i think they can provide a decent fit).

The only thing on earth sexier than the charlotte dancers is Raymond felton.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Too fat. Need Mudiay.

Also yes, please let Melo opt out. I know he was trying to change and don't know if he reverted or what but I'm getting lower and lower on him as time passes.

the point is, you can't get fooled again.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

I didn't watch, but we actually locked down and played some defense in the second half. Held 'em to 32 second half points after giving up 59 points in the first half.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

Melo is worthless to this team. He just doesnt help this team in any way. Hes a role player at this point and not a team oriented one which makes things worse

We only won this one because the hornets are coached even worse. Still a W tho.

I'm really surprised they didn't take advantage of our weaknesses like everyone else has lately. They didn't really try to isolate Adams on Walker or to get PG/Melo on Dwight, and they didn't really attack Abrines either. We were just lucky that their coaching situation is also bad, and that our bench hit a few 3s in a row to create a buffer we could manage to keep.

Plus side, PG now at his 2nd highest career year in TS and best 3 point shooting. Small wins.

He's having such a weird season.

-Career high 3P% on career high 3P Volume (based on 3PA per 100 poss.)
-Career low 2P% on below career average 2P Volume
-2nd highest Individual ORtG of his career
-Below career average PER
-2nd highest TS%
-Slightly below career average FTr
-Career low TRB%
-Career high STL%
-Career high BLK%
-Career average USG%
-3rd worst WS/48 of his career
-2nd worst OBPM of his career
-2nd worst DBPM of his career
-2nd worst BPM of his career
-Worst On/Off of his career by far

I feel like a lot of that has to do with him playing with the bench. It would be nice to see his statistical splits for playing with the bench and the rest.
"I don't know of any player that, when the shot goes up, he doesn't want it to go in," Donovan said
