the same way derozan kicked the ball out of Klay hands and didnt get called for it
It's not a kick ball if it's inadvertent.

Cuban saying they can’t go back... ugh, it was all the same scrum. One continuous scrum.
And they got it right. That’s the most important thing.
No, this is the issue. The referees follow a very very strict protocol for these reviews in order not to open a can of worms and set a bad precedent.
They are reviewing their initial call that curry hit it out. If they now decide to review the 1-2 seconds before it, then technically they should also review the baseline scramble where durant may have stepped out when his other foot touched it etc.
And technically, if they can review 2 seconds before the out of bounds, they can review the entire play.
There's a reason refs have had to deal with teams getting mad at them for not reversing stuff like this, it's because they aren't allowed. I'm not upset, but Cuban is right, doing this goes exactly against the protocol that is there to protect them.

people hyped up okc, nuggets, pelicans but only wolves are living up to there hype
OKC is certainly disappointing but Nugs are good. I don't recall anyone hyping the Pels. IIRC, just as many people were predicting Boogie/Brow would collapse spectacularly than predicting they would be good. They appear to be somewhere in the middle.

Now, I have a dream to one day see that same intensity from our crowd in the Finals.
Just imagine how more we would scream and cheer in that setting? With the additional 10,000-15,000 outside the arena, rain or shine, doing the same. RealGM would be shutdown for days, too.
Maybe one day
WHAT A GAME. SO PROUD OF THIS TEAM. SO MUCH HEART

He got the body. Barely. Fine with either call or no call there. It’s legitimately 50/50
Yea I’m on the fence. Sucky answer. Welcome to the world of close calls.
Would this call be made if Curry was Tyus Jones and Poeltl was LeBron James?
Maybe.
Tyus Jones is small. Lebron is big. I know what you are getting at with star power, but I also think there is a bias with smaller players getting hit.
It’s why Lebron doesn’t lead the league in FTA as he should have every year he has been in the league.

Pfft, they'll just apologize.
Was thinking the same. Glad Mark Cuban mentioned it.
Hands down should of been Raptors ball.
Durant looked like he was out of bounds. Why not go back another 5 seconds and review that?
knowing the refs they will say it was just a 'late' call. Regardless, good game to watch.

Wow look at the choice of words of this pathetic imbecile after the full out proof of kd going out of bounds and that so called foul on curry has been posted.

You know what- I read the rule (which hasn’t been cited here yet) and I tend to agree now. The replay was poorly done.
I am still not going to be up in arms because they got it right. Seems silly still to argue technical points when the end result was right.
Edit- this is the rule
Per NBA.com: "Referees can only initiate a review on a called out-of-bounds play (for example, not one where an out-of-bounds might have occurred) and only those involving doubt as to which player caused the ball to go out (not those, for example, where a player stepped on the line)."
