And the strategy is terrible. Atkinson's record as a Nets coach vs the Knicks is 2 - 5.

when the three ball isn't dropping like today, you have to change it up. the Nets shot themselves right out of the game, not the first time they've done it this season. kenny's got to start getting more stuff going to the rim. That means playing Okafor more than 6 mins.

it doesnt work that way... if getting shots at the rim was easy everyone would do it. we dont have kyrie or harden we can just give it to and tell them to break things down and get to the rim. ESPECIALLY with Dlo out and Caris having an off night and vs a knicks team that plats solid defense and tends to switch everything.

we always want to get to the rim. wanting to and getting there are 2 different things.

This team is just a bad match up for us in general. They have owned us.

The fact that our starting backcourt has shot 3-21 FGs is also a major killer.

Agreed this team is Pelicans-lite.

We gotta get some quality bigs somehow or pray that Allen makes a leap if we really want to compete next year.

why would we want to compete next year. that 100% should not be the goal. we need to build this thing right not switch gears to some win now team. our core is young guys and none our guys we drafted ourselves in the lotto. allen looks like a keeper. he doesnt need to be good right away. we are nothing like the pelicans, who pay 3 guys in their prime a ton of money an are flirting with the tax line

I wasn’t comparing us to the Pelicans I was comparing the Knicks to them and how they’re a bad match up for us because of it.

I want us to either go for the playoffs next year or commit to tanking and getting a high pick. The worst thing we could do is be mediocre and draft at 11th or 13th the year we have our picks back. Bol Bol anyone? I know I’m speculating like crazy here but he’s the kind of player that could round out our rebuild. He’ll probably be 7’5 by draft night 2019.

Losing to the Knicks always makes me sad... But remembering the deal they gave Joakim Noah helps alleviate some of that sorrow...

He can't have had more than 3 touches in those minutes either.

dumping to the post to okafor isnt erasing a 20 point loss... it may even have made it worse. thats not hakeem or Kareem down there.

We need wings who can get to the rim.

Me and a bunch of friends are game devs. We made it over a weekend for a recurring game jam competition called Ludum Dare. Each competition has a theme, we kinda ignored it and went straight for the Draymond idea because I thought it would have a chance of getting some traction beyond the competition. We got the #1 rank in the fun category, but tanked on theme relevance. We got a cease and desist from the Golden State Warriors (which I consider a massive win).

Another cool thing coming off of the back of it was that The Ringer contacted me and I ended up making a silly web beat em up game for them called Hinkie's Revenge. They've pulled it from the site now, but it went down pretty well and was sweet hearing Bill Simmons plug it on the BS podcast.

Thanks brother. I use ableton Ableton. Been using it for about for about 3-4 years. I'm just a hobbyist at music production. My understanding is that logic pro is favored for studio level stuff.

Logic pro is cool but with the right VSTs it doesn't matter, you can use Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, or FL Studio to make tracks.

I use Komplete 11 as my VST set, i highly recommend it.

Awesome that you also produce. Yeah I've had Komplete on my radar for a while. I wish I'd put money into that instead of running out and buying what turned out to be redundant (albeit nice) gear. Getting good enough burn out of Ableton Suite's sample library and Serum. I think I have to justify spending more money with earning more money from music :P. What VSTs do you use the most? Massive? Something outside Komplete?
