I don't think Fournier is a top 15 SG but yes I do think he's most likely to be traded.

and, Vucevic is not a top 10 center.

His PER is #17 with him out of position at SF.
At SG, we currently have Gary Harris #11, Donovan Mitchell #12, Will Barton #13, Dwyane Wade #14, and Eric Gordon #15. Not sure how one can exclude Fournier from that-range of player capacity.

Vučević is Orlando's best offensive and best defensive player. His PER is #9 for Centers.

PER is a completely useless stat.. A player can have a large number of point and blocked shots, even though he is a lousy defender in the team concept and have a high PER. It basically values 1/2 of the game. It subjectively assigns values to different measurement stats like points and rebounds then does complicated math to arrive at a number. But there's no inherent validity to the original values (points multiplied by .4, rebounds by .3, or whatever the actual values are). You can rejigger the values and end up with something totally different, and that's just where it's problems start. Does not shock me that Vuc is #9 for C's in the PER because he is an offense first C
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

How about this: when Vučević is on the court, Orlando scores more points then when he is off. When Vučević is on the court opponents score less points then when he is off.

Vučević is Orlando best statistical player on both ends. That is certain.

From ESPN:
Asked to respond to that characterization, Fournier insisted he has not asked for a trade.
“Obviously, as a player you want to win,” he told the Sentinel. “But I will never ask [for] a trade or anything. I’m not that kind of guy. I’m a fighter and I’m definitely not a quitter. I don’t know what they plan to do, but I’m a Magic. I feel like I belong here, and for as long as I’m going to be here, I’m going to fight for this jersey and this city, man. It’s that simple.”

I think Evan for a late lottery pick would be a fair swap.

This is a salary dump were the Magic actually gets something back. A team like Dallas could absorb this. Perhaps a lottery protected 2020 first gets it done.
