ESPN Sources: Milwaukee part ways with assistants Tim Grgurich and Eric Hughes. Both were close to Jason Kidd. Grg is legendary in coaching, skill development profession.

I know it's fun but a lot of this talks are just speculation or people saying stuff with no confirmation from the other side, or/and with some kind of personal agenda to pass a selective message. KIDD wants to pass the ideia he got along very well with the franchise player, maybe its true maybe it isn't. Maybe Giannis is just loyal. Maybe Giannis was the reason for the supposed practice "misunderstanding" and felt guilty about it. Maybe there was no misunderstanding at all. Maybe it was horst that fired him, maybe the owners told him to. For now all besides all the speculation and unconfirmed rumors only actions and time will somewhat tell something about what really happened. Or we will never know. One thing is certain: we were below the expectations that the owners and even kidd talked about in preseason with a player playing at a top 5 level

Sure, but the bit about Jabari dealing with him when their "paths crossed" was hillarious. He perhaps limited the weight of his denial using that terminology.

I don't think Jabari takes to verbal coaching well. When he answers questions, it's usually a disaster. He fumbles words all the time. That shouldn't be forgotten.

Chuck has admitted he doesn't watch bad basketball so you know he hasn't watched the Bucks.

EDIT: Seriously, I watched those clips and I need to exorcise those basketball demons. That is unwatchable basketball. I love that part making fun of the deliberate and causal movement. "OK, I dribble to you. Pass to Giannis. THEN, you can move away." The stagnant Bucks iso shyiiiit is about the most unwatchable of NBA basketball there is.

Now imagine if Thon was guarding the 4 instead the 5, and was used in a way on offense that allowed him to focus on little more than finding space, readying himself for a pass (preferably in the left corner) and building back his confidence in his outside shooting, which statistically is still fairly good.

Imagine if Thon was Sabonis. Or Marshall Plumlee. Or Brian Skinner.

Now imagine that Thon doesn’t get minutes in an NBA game. Problem solved.

The same national media idiots suddenly rushing forward to defend the honor of Kidd were the ones dogging the team all season, talking about underperforming, bad offense and defense. Now the main problem in that has been cut out and they suddenly defend him!? Stop drinking the kool-aid!

Funny how that chart really does meet the eye test. We have a bunch of average players, the worst coach in the NBA (Kidd), and a superstar. Need a massive upgrade in talent and STOP paying non-needle moving players 10M/yr on multi-year deals.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

If you were that Chris Haynes dude wouldn't you try to make it a little less obvious that Kidd is your direct source for what news you decide to break?

Trying to make him play like those guys is where the issue lies. So many have the anti-Thon blinkers on these days that they don't see anything but the negative anymore, and then they don't question what has led to the regression.

Honest question. What is the positive to see with Thon?
