Again I'll say it to you. That trade is dogsh*t compared to what they can get. Plus Dejounte looks really good at PG. They'd ask for KP and frankly I'd trade KP for Kawhi.

A) Kawai isn't leaving SA

B) If he did, the Spurs would get a king's ransom for him

However, if he did actually wanna leave, then you pay whatever the price is for him.

The conversation for Kawhi starts and ends with KP. And 99% chance it never starts.

I would never trade with the spurs for the simple fact if they are willing to give up on a player something is wrong. Meaning that Kawhi injury probably is more serious then one would believe. The spurs aren't trading a top 5 player in the NBA because they had a disagreement. If they are serious about moving him they know something we don't...

The Knicks would have to give up a lot but the combination of Ntilikina, Hernangomez, Kanter along with this years 1st may get it done. If not add a conditional 2020 1st rounder. Along with Leonard the Knicks should try to acquire Mills to start at point. With San Antonio looking to rebuild they would shed salary plus Murray looks to be their point guard of the future.

Mills/THJR/Leonard/KP/ FA Athletic Center would be an instant contender.

I like Frank a lot but if that's really all it's gonna take it's a no brainer. I don't buy K. Leonard really wants out though.

We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

You also know Pop would win 6 rings with KP, and we'd always be reminded that we traded him away for an injured player.

Play the kids. Maximize their development. Let them build up their chemistry. Draft Doncic.

Play the kids. Maximize their development. Let them build up their chemistry. Draft whomever. Might even make the playoffs next year.

19-20 is when we can look forward to reaping the rewards of this patient approach. Might even be able to see the framework of a contender.

frank, kanter, willy and this year first is no where near enough for leonard. they'd want KP bare minimum.

The Spurs would want multiple first round unprotected picks if they were to actually move him (doubtful). Obviously you would do whatever it takes to get Kahwi if he's healthy, but the likelihood of them moving him is slim.

Agreed. The pundits were ranking him up with Durant as the 2nd best player in the entire league. He's not a malcontent type , so what does that leave you? Damaged goods I say. Funny enough even healthy I do not move KP for him. All that said , I think signing solid but low ceiling players like MCP is not the path towards building a superteam

I disagree. That's a 3rd seed at best in the east. We would be pairing KP with a guy who all of a sudden plays less than him.

If you want to talk about "disgruntled" Dame Lillard who just signed a long deal. That's a different story

Damn freshman! Why do we let freshman make threads? Based on nothing to do with reality! This Spurs story has been shut down. The Knicks are half assed rebuilding. This dude wants to blow it up? LOCK THIS!

I have quad as well as patellar tendonitis and I tried everything short of surgery and it doesn't go away. The pain is persistent and hurts everything you jump or cut. Reggie Jackson has the same issue, and he doesn't look like the same player. I would stay away from players with this type of injury
