Would really like to move the Snell contract so Brown can blossom.

More importantly, Delly is un-stomachable at his price for three more seasons. The emergence of Sterling Brown has rendered him useless once Brogdon returns.

Really happy that the emergence of Brown might convince our FO we can move at least one of Delly or Snell, because I think we need to do that regardless.

I'm trying to think about what coaches/teams out there would most value Delly. Keep coming back to Minnesota & Cole Aldrich's partial guarantee next season.

Min would probably want an expiring though.

I wonder what Thibs thinks of Tony Snell. A halfway decent wing who could give them 20 minutes every night would be huge for Minnesota (& the knees of Butler & Wiggins).

I'd want the OKC first in that case. Aldrich World struggle to stay in the league if he wasn't under contract. Still better than Thon...

What?

Jabari has shown before the second ACL tear that he has the footspeed to defend smaller guards. Actually his best defensive glimpses have been when defending smaller players on ball. Middleton just doesn't have that ability anymore (or he just doesn't care) and can't stop any penetration. So yeah, if somebody of those two would have to be playing the 2, I'd rather have it be Jabari.

I don't see this at all. Parker cannot guard 2's. Now, of course in today's defenses he will have to on rotations and all, but no. He's a 3/4. Middleton is a 3/2/4.

On the Gasol.... This is my feeling as well.

In a Snell to OKC deal we'd likely have to take back Singler though. Aldrich would essentially be a salary dump.

I don't think Snell or Delly have any sort of positive trade value.

Visiting wolves fan. Snell is basically a no go for Aldrich + anything due to luxury tax implications on our side. Taxes turn Snell into a really expensive contract.

Bucks: Favors, Belinelli and Dedmon
Hawks: Delly, Wilson and Maker
Jazz: Henson and a pick

Favors and Dedmon would be amazing. Nelli and Hood would be good too. No one says you have to pay the expiring person the following year. Get the guys for this year, gut our cap for next year and move on.

I think we really need to make a move or at least clear salary. People don't want to trade Parker, well how do you pay him if we can't retire telly.

We have a new coach, might as well get some fresh players that are actual NBA players.

What do you guys think of Henson + Delly for Noah. Noah is only a year older than Horford... maybe Noah can turn it around.

Yeah I think paying Marc Gasol for the remaining 2 & a half years on his contract is a much safer bet than whatever Jabari's going to get.

There is absolutely no reasonable trade we can do with the knicks to take on Noah

I don't really either. Henson has been great.
