Not a fan of the Blake I have seen recently physically or financially but this is a no brainer for Detroit if for no other reason to get butts in seats and hope like hell everything gels. They shot their foot off the day they paid Reggie, just been shuffling and will continue to shuffle till he is gone.

I don't really understand this trade for either team. I think that Harris and Bradley together are more useful for a team than Blake Griffin on his own. Why also throw in 2 draft picks?

I was gonna say that LAC is snaky doing a great rebuild on the fly, but then I had a closer look at their roster and it's kinda rubbish.
Pistons, same, and now with a really bad outlook.

Maybe they'll talk about how Blake was disrespected by the Clippers

I like what the Clippers are doing. Now they figure to move DA and LW for younger pieces. Get value for those vets while you can and tank rather than waste them away when you have no chance of contending.
Griffin = overrated, overpaid. No superstar of mine, but hey he once jumped over a car and dunked.

No, he's super good. Often injured but super good.

I agree Blake has become underrated. However 35mil a year? No thank you!

This is true as well....

I like the trade for LAC way better than I do for Detroit. Tobias and Avery are 2 solid players and Blake Griffin is pretty overrated not to mention injury prone. SVG will make it work tho, Blake and Drummond can definitely coexist and they'll have some success in the East. I just don't understand how depleting your roster for Blake Griffin does that much for your team. Denver Melo was better than Blake and the Knicks weren't able to do anything after that trade. This kinda reminds me of that...

I wouldn't have been interested in any Griffin deal, but I do think he's a fun player to watch.

I am also concerned if we are back in discussions for DJ.

Well, Telly, Delly, Henson, Maker or our DJ. That might work. No interest in moving Mids, Parker or Brogdon for him.

We should make a trade for JJ Redick then try to trade him for Tobias Harris, reunite both guys with old teams.

L for detroit because they gave up too much. Tobias is borderline allstar and avery is a solid player, not to mention they included a first round pick.

Griffin super underrated, is a top 10-15 guy when healthy but being so injury prone, for this to be a good deal for detroit, they need him to be playing.

In terms if rebuild, clippers are going about it the right way. DJ next

Think it's better for Detroit. Boban was on $7m a freakin year, Bradley has been trash and is gone after the year, the pick is gonna be 13-17 in a 7-man draft, and Griffin>>>Harris.

People said there was no shooting in NOLA but look where they got to before Boogie went down.

Also next year even without Bradley they'd be over the cap. Their roster is better than it was a few hours ago. Gotta think about doing something to get Jackson contract off the team next.

Clips are going to get worse (when they're one game out of the playoffs, with the Pels sure to fall out lol), but nowhere near bad enough to actually get a good pick. If they clear the roster out enough to get something like LeBron and PG there in the summer then fair enough. Otherwise...

They may have the money but they will have literally nothing left to attract him there.

Hey Bron wanna play with Tobias Harris? Guess it will be interesting to see what they actually get back for DAJ and Lou.

Paul George grew up a Clips fan. Seems a possible goal for them.

Really not many places for LeBron to end up. I hope George gives it another guy over at OKC (with a healthy Roberson) though - second-best record in the league since Dec 1st.

Ugh this just made the doomsday clock(Bucks hiring Rivers) get even closer to midnight. A Jordan trade would make it tick faster. The only question now is what exactly is Rivers current contract with the Clippers
