Democrats are against participating in this charade. Why are Republicans against releasing the Democrat memo and ignoring their own Justice Department SD20 and Nate?

give some thought. just a teeny weeny tiny bit of thought to the idea that the outgoing DOJ was illegally weaponized to:

1. spy on trump.
2. and did so based on an substanially cooked up FBI fake dossier.
3. while he was the GOP nominee and had at least 200 electoral voted in the bag and was only 4-5 points down in a few states from having 270
4. and after that didn't work they then created a completely fake narrative that he conspired colluded with russians to win the election.
5. and after they could not prove that he colluded they then turned to obstruciton of justice!!!!!

thats not what happened.

1. R memo was written about 10 days ago.
2. it then went to the entire house for review in secret room for 5 days.
3. it was then reviewed in its entirety by Wray and 2 TOP FISA attorneys for the FBI to edit and facts and themes. there was no edits. i repeat. there was no edits.
4. from there it went to the president who has 5 days to review.

in contrast the D's memo was just written this weekend. like 2 days ago. It has been approved 13-0(bi-partisan) to now go to the entire house for review for 5 days. then it goes to Wray and those same 2 attorneys for edit. and then it goes to the president to decide if he wants to release it.

thats the process. for both sides.

Ok. I just researched what you posted and I found
some conflicting info.

Ultimately, it comes down to Trump declassifying the memo.

We'll see what happens.

The fact that the Trump approved Department of Justice was against releasing the memo should an a major **** red flag. I wouldn't put it past Republicans to be traitors to America if it served their interests. Yet will they suffer as a result? Will the people oust these clowns and will the stain forever remain on the party?

Donald trump does NOT have a DOJ right now. This entire DOJ is Obama holdovers.

Session is recused.

Once comey was fired rosenstein became the head and trump had no ability whatsoever to make any changes because and independant prosecuter had been named and anything Trump does to any part of the DOJ (since last May) will be considered an obstruction of Justice.

The man DOES NOT have a single ally in the entire DOJ. All because Session recused himself.

Thats why the House intell committe e HAD to take over. And remove the entire DOJ from their investigation becauwe they are in fact investigating the entire DOJ at the TOP.
