Well here is some legitimate news

Read on Twitter

We will not know exactly when until the night of because Heat are secretive when it comes to injuries but it looks to be very close.

I would guess right after all star break.

Are we hopeful of a McGruder comeback? I mean he's a solid player, but he's just going to take minutes away from someone who's better than he is. So if he's taking minutes off anyone I hope it's Winslow, not J Rich, Ellington or Tyler.

I disagree. There was a reason why he was a starter during our epic 2nd half of last season. He played his role perfectly while being obviously limited. A player like him will always give you positive minutes and if he is back to the player who he used to be before the injury he can actually make those players you mentioned expendable for potential trade bait.

It'll be nice to get another quality defender back in the rotation, but collectively we have overrated his presence due to the hot stretch we had last year. Think about it, the same stretch of good basketball people use to say Waiters is a fluke and that we shouldn't have resigned him is the same stretch that is used to glorify McGruder. At 26 going on 27 he isn't making any of our young prospects expendable, but he himself might become a trade chip. We would have roughly the same W-L record if he had been playing this year, as long as he's recognized as a role player and not billed as some future starter I don't have a problem with him.
