Arthur has looked nice so far, perhaps he'll get more of Plumlee's minutes.

Mudiay balling out right now. Yet another thing that makes Malone look like THE FOOL HE IS for waiting so long to play him. #FIREMALONE

I have no complains also. Shot for the win vs best home team in the league is not what I expected to see tonight, especially considering we played without 6 out of our 8 PF players: Millsap, Plumlee, Faried, Chandler, Juancho, and Lydon.

Will Barton is so dumb...He cost the nuggets two games in two nights. Murray was open both times and he decides to be a hero.

I hope Arthur takes all of Plumlee's minutes permanently.

He has open shot for a win tonight, unlike yesterday and vs Clippers week ago when he did wrong choices.
Also, I don't think it is a mistake because we tried to win instead of to tied because with so reduced roster with injuries, Spurs will be bold favorites if the game goes into OT. There is nothing wrong how we played last minute of this match, for the change.

Nah... he is surprisingly useful tonight but still so hopeless in defense vs Aldridge. We should pray for Millsap soon comeback, only he would fix almost all our frontcourt problems.

He had 3+ seconds to pass to Murray who was even more open and would have hit that shot. Barton shouldn't be on the floor at the end of games anymore because he's costing the Nuggets their season trying and earn himself another pay day. Allan Anderson used to do years ago on the Raptors in his contract year as well (try to be a hero). I have watched the majority of the Nuggets games this season and no "player" pisses me off more than Barton.

Trust me, there is a huge difference between Barton tonight's missed open in-and-out 3pt shot, and his #TunelVisionWithAirBall final actions yesterday and vs Clippers. There is nothing wrong with our last attack vs Spurs... we get in position for an open shot for a win... but missed.

I know that shot could have worked out but I still don't think it was the right play with Murray so open. I'm convinced Barton would have taken that shot even if there was 7 seconds left. He always seems to be trying to play hero ball.I am hoping he gets traded at the deadline for my own sake because he makes the Nuggets hard to watch.

Okay, I'm sorry. I understand that, my mistake.

But can you understand how it's frustrating for me (and others who realize that Malone is the ONLY problem) to watch these entitled fans equivocate and prevaricate with their criticism when it's obvious that Malone is the ONLY problem?

Yes, I can understand how frustrating it is to believe you are the only person that is right. Now, consider how you sound to those who have been posting for longer than either you or I. I've watched the Nuggets' RealGM board for years and only came on board when the other forum I was posting on was dissolved. I used "NuggetsWY" there and on a couple others that I seldom post on. I have no idea where you have been, but we try to be civil on the Nuggets' board. If you wish to call us "entitled fans" and accuse us of being evasive in our criticism, you are clearly rather myopic. There are multiple people on this board that have become more and more strongly opposed to Malone without lashing out at everyone else.

Saying "Malone is the ONLY problem" is hardly a rational statement since he clearly has the support of the front office and the ownership or he wouldn't be in his third year as head coach with one more year on his contract. I like most of the Nuggets' players, but they can hardly be found without flaw --- even LeBron, Durrant, Curry, etc. receive criticism.

It would seem you need to find some release for your anger besides attacking the longer-standing Nuggets fans on this board.

Well as much as it sucks to lose twice at the buzzer like that, can’t complain too much about a 1 point loss to the 1 seed in the east and a 2 point loss to the 3 seed in the west, on the road, 2nd night of a b2b.

The 3 by Jaylen Brown and the 3 by patty mills really did us in. Both put us down just enough that we needed a miracle to win. Those 2 shots miss, we probably go 2-0.

Just saw the replay of the last shot since I missed the game last night. Not a bad look by Barton, but why did Lyles pass up the easy layup or dunk for the tie? They were pretty much giving that to him.

This one is on Jokic , he cant have just 13 point game against teams like San Antonio, he needs to be more assertive , looking to score more, his production last night was poor, he's in the place where he can demand more shots, he needs to grow the pair and force his way , SA front court have outplayed Denver's one last night.

Jokic is a team player who listens to the coach. Malone is the one who should put the ball into Jokic's hands more, but not just to deliver it to others and make screens to keep up the flow and movement, he should put him in the position to post up and to shoot midrange much more often.

I understand that Malone doesn't want to have a team too much dependent on Jokic, but the time for experiments is over, the PO is at stake, so he should continue this season with the most effective tactics - the Jokic-centric offense.

Does Malone really want the ball to not be in Jokic's hands so much? It would seem so.
Steve Kerr never seems to feel that way about Curry or Durrant.
Tyron Lue doesn't seem to feel that way about LeBron.
Mike D'Antoni doesn't seem to feel that way about Harden or Paul.
Most coaches don't feel that way about their best player.
