Whoever ends up with Monroe will be getting a major boost off the bench. He would be a great piece for any of the top contenders.

Chicago hit their 1st shot then it was 20-2. Port was near 80% in the 1st Q. It was impressive.

Id give everyone save Giannis and Parker for CJ and I'd put him back at pg. Their team runs smoother when Lillard isn't on the court. Point Giannis with CJ... good night.

Yeah, it was a rough one. I dont think I've ever seen a leg fail to rebound like his did. There's usually some elasticity to it when it gets pinned down like that, but it just folded like aluminum foil. Looked like he broke it and tore something as well.

Always liked the dude, even as a scrub gunner. I hope he plays again. If it wasn't completely shock aided, he took it like a gladiator.

Middleton/Bledsoe/Henson/Brogdon/Wilson/1st/2nd to N.O. for Anthony Davis/Jrue Holliday
Khris Middleton - Beating up on Trash Can Teams since 1943. Invisible Man status otherwise.

I know, KIdd is terrible and Thon can't play at all but still no way i want a player like Monroe back, kills ball movement and he is the worst defender, i hate basketball when he is in.

You and me both
Sure he can score, problem is you have to wait for him to join the rest of the team because he can't run, and then you have to give him the ball and wait for him to dribble dribble dribble and go to work because he can't shoot. Kills any sort of rhythm and pace.
And the other thing is, he comes off the bench but gets paid as a starter.

No thanks.

I know we can't legally get him back, but my god, how great would that be if we could.

Say what you want about Monroe but the fact of the matter is that the team played vastly better with him on the floor, would be absolutely huge if there was any possibility of getting him back

Can't get Monroe back unless another team signs and waives him I believe.

Why did they buy Monroe out? Could have traded him anywhere and got something good for him. Even Clarkson and Randle from Lakers? I guess the offers must of sucked that he got bought out but $18 mil expiring, jeez.

Love Moose but he's the exact opposite of what we need out of the center position. It's become even more obvious to me now that Kidd is gone.

Dwight would still be a great player if he simply accepted his destiny as a DeAndre Jordan type rebounding, defensive anchor, and clean-up big. But he's not.......because he's a cancerous prick and a massive black hole on offense.
