Whenever we score a game tying/go ahead shot but with a couple of seconds left you know we're going to lose the game. Wiggins, Giannis, just now...

I said they could have played better early. Imagine if they didnt give up 72 points in the first half.

I can live with game winners from playoff teams, no matter how soul crushing.

That’s 3 losses.

It’s all the losses to worse teams that makes it worse. Can’t get those games back.

Russ should have left the man open under the rim. Darnit, always leave the open layup.

Westbrook had 21 assists? I don’t think a Knicks PG gets that in 5 games

Either fell or was taken down, but he wasn't in an upright position and his man was under the rim.

We didn't deserve to win. Plain and simple.
They fought back into the game, but the basketball rewarded Denver with the game winner.
Come out the gate without your head up your *** and you just might be able to win games like this. You don't give the home team confidence early. Gary Harris got whatever he wanted and when the time came to hit the final shot, he knew that he could do it. He had done it all game.

I just saw the replay. Russ had already left his man and happened to be in the area when grant fell over. This one is on Russ tonight.

jokic was winding up to throw the ball as grant was falling. westbrook had his eyes on jokic as he should have had when defending the lob (what he could have been doing there). he hesitates before finding and getting to his man, harris. he was late.

What was most costly today was Billy continuing with switching Adams onto guards. How many clutch points are going to be scored against us because we're content with letting our bigs get torched by guards?

Grant got absolutely plowed over but then again, when doesn’t he fall down?

that's true but westbrook was 1 ) too deep and 2 ) didn't seem entirely focused on what was going on. jokic was clearly passing to harris as grant was falling. westbrook got to harris quickly after he realized what was happening but the step and a half he missed by hesitating cost the shot.

Oh well, it won’t be long any we won’t have to worry about defensive breakdowns once Marco Bellinelli is here.
