While Biz indeed has a bloated deal, your Monetenegrenan fantasy man is only making $4.5mm less.
Point is, believe it or not (I know it is tough for you), it's more than just Biz being an issue.
The actual issue is most see AG as a 3rd star, so paying him the max on a rebuilding team, no matter what the roster looks like, can be tough. This is why the Wolves are probably listening to offers on Wiggins.

To be fair, in 2015-16 projected salary for 2018 was almost $110M and luxury tax was projected to be $130M. But late in 2016 that projection went down a lot.
