I hope they finally give this man his long overdue MVP award.

(Seriously, how did the OKC team with three MVP caliber players not dominate more during that run? How did they choose Serge Ibaka over Harden?)

I remember that trade and how shocked I was.
OKC went with Serge like you said, when they just needed to fill that void with a defensive/rebounding big man, but they gave up what could have been the chance to win multiple championships. On the other hand, James Harden possibly wanted to be dealt behind closed doors.

Should be MVP if he keeps playing like he is now.

Game one for Blake Griffin and he looked great.
This team can be scary once they add more pieces.

Here's hoping. We definitely need another contender in this conference.

And the Detroit fans deserve to root for a winner. It's been a while since that franchise had a great team.

I am still amazed that Danny Ainge managed to tear that team apart in a single trade.

Dan E strAinge didn't forsee this. The worst is Crowder who carries himself as if he's Lebron Pippen or something. Horrid attitude on that guy.

Game’s not over yet...-Tom

I will say this again and again...Don’t he surprised if it’s IT that eliminates the C3lts in the playoffs....he’s got a personal vendetta and he’s probably gonna end up making Ainge cry..in public or private.

The way Lebron is playing up this slump makes it seem really fake. He's angling for mgt to get more help via trade and then they will turn it on. That said, the trade was a disaster for the Cavs.

A Cavs fan seems to think LBJ wants IT gone. He llays better defense when IT sits.

-18ptd NET ON/Off court for Thomas, -9 for Rose...
The only guys making impact consistently are Korver, Wade and Frye, maybe because are very good for bench players compared to other teams guys

NOTE: James has always been a leader in this stat, for his team, and nearly the best in the entire league in the past years

Well folks the season is basically over.

Western Conference playoffs is set: Warriors/Rockets/Spurs/Twolves/Thunder/Blazers/Pels/Nuggets.
No one else is the west is going to try to make the playoffs so now it's just seeding.

Eastern Conference:

We just need to take bets on whether the Sixers or the Pistons make it. My money is on the PIstons.

So enjoy the trade deadline. We'll have 2+ months of pointless basketball after that.

Cavs will get it together by April again and they'll eliminate the Celtics in 6. Whether that be in the 2nd round of the ECF, it doesn't really matter.

I was cheering like crazy ...these days I seem to be watching a lot of Kings, Mavs, Magic and Grizz games...

The Mavs had a good chance at the Clippers also as they were up by like 8 or so late in the game. Shame on you Dirk, Barnes and Wes Matthews...bunch of veterans tanking..smh..

I think I need to take this to each of their personal twitters and rile them up....

Been saying this since the trade. The Cavs will beat the Celtics if they face off in the playoffs. We shall see I guess...it ain’t over Mac, the way I see it...

HAHAHAHAHA. It's been over and you know it. I don't disagree that the Cavs may indeed win, but no one on this big old flat disc thinks the Cavs won the trade.

Lebron James just did everything to almost single handedly win a thriller against the Wolves (shoutout to the draft pick).

I'm not betting against him until they face the Warriors in the finals. The East belongs to him.

Great game by Lebron.
A much needed win for that team.

Indeed. The Cavs don't look good yet, but LeBron is still King.

(blechh...did I just say that out loud?)
