It's too quiet here, man!
I haven't been much help. I've been traveling and really busy, so I haven't been around as much as recent years. Plus, that whole finally becoming a grown-up after decades of resistance thing.
But I know that Rockets fans are out there. I know that they post elsewhere...maybe on the General Board of RealGM. Maybe elsewhere.
Eventually they'll be here for one reason or another.
So, Rockets Fans...I dare you to post here.
Granted, not all of you were around for the Championship years like this guy; but maybe you have a bit of cred of your own. So tell us about it!
THIS IS THE BEST ROCKETS TEAM WE HAVE SEEN IN DECADES.
Who's watching?
Don't wait until the playoffs. Where are you now?

Re: I dare you to post here, Rockets Fans!
i was around for the championships. i've watched 90% of the games this year but it's hard for me to get into them even when they are playing well. Maybe it's just Astros hangover? I'm not a big Harden or Paul or Ariza fan so that's probably a big factor. Also with all these records Harden is breaking, I'm sure there are many fans who are saying he's already better than Hakeem, which is infuriating to think about and makes me feel old.
not too long ago someone here accused me of not being a real Rockets fan because I am usually critical towards them. Maybe that's true and I just didn't want to admit it then. I grew up as a big Rockets fan but now that i'm in my forties it's becoming less and less important to me.
There was a story in the news that Les Alexander took the championship trophies with him to Florida (or wherever he lives) when he sold the team. I'm not ready to break up with the team but It just feels different. I dunno if it's me or the franchise or both but maybe everything comes to an end eventually.

Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

I had an account years ago forgot the password and email account it was linked too. I've been watching them my whole life outside of Hakeem personally favorite player has always been Vernon "Mad Max" Maxwell but Capella is getting real close
I'm loving this team so far. When they keep the ball active on offense I'm convinced there is no team the NBA that can stop them
Well this has been the worst first post ever

I like tacos.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.
