2nd rounders mean ****. Even high second rounders. Look at Diamond Stone and Stephen Zimmerman. They were waived not even a year after they were taken with high second round picks. Teams pray that second-round picks become first-team All-Rookies, as Willy did last season.

OF all the teams interested in hernangomez this was the best we could do? Because Jeff doesn’t like him? I can’t wait two years from now when Willie is the center piece of a nice team and Jeff is out of the NBA. Perry and Mills why would you do this? Kanter is a free agent and Jeff doesn’t trust him enough to play in the 4th quarter. This is just plain stupid.
