Jordan isn't a top tier center. Throw in the fact that he's turning 30 and expiring this summer, and it'd be stupid to give up the BKN pick for him. If LAC wants that much, they can just let him walk for nothing.
The ONE allegedly elite thing he does is rebound, and yet LAC is better on
both the offensive boards and the defensive boards with DJ off the court versus on. He's a liability at the line, meaning teams would force him out of the game in the playoffs. He gets just 1.0 bpg. And he can't switch onto smaller players. Teams like GS take advantage of him, which can be seen in his overall poor defensive performance against them in the past few years.
