Checked to make sure that Jordan Clarkson still isn't a very good basketball player and yep, still not a very good basketball player.

So I think we actually have a chance in the east this year if we can have our full lineup. Nance is flashy but without last years IT that lineup is just still garbage.

So wait, did Cleveland just help the Lakers clear $15 million next year so they can ... sign LeBron?!?!

It will be very weird seeing the Cavs as a bottom 5 team next year.

Please god let Lebron go to the Lakers next season, just opens it up for Giannis in the finals on his remaining years on this deal.

That's just a weird trade. I'd rather have the upside IT gives them offensively if I'm chasing a title.

I'd say it helps the Cavs this year. not enough to beat GSW or be the unbeateable East time like in years past. But IMO they're better now than they were yesterday. And actually added two younger guys so you're not playing all old dudes. Basically, Clarkson is better than IT is right now after his injury. And of course Nance is better than Frye.

Still, taking on some money Clarkson and trading the pick. IDK if it's a good trade. Just talking this year. Their needle slightly moved imo. And note that I'm really down on IT, I think he'll be trash this year after that injury
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.

Cavs also sent their pick. I assume the Lakers plan to use that pick to unload bad contracts.

I don't see a positive for Cleveland in that trade. Add salary, lose a pick, don't get the best player. Weird. They obviously have to have a second or third move planned or that wasn't very good.

Lakers get: Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye, LeBron James and the Cavs first
Cavs get: Clarkson and Nance.

Wow. Turning Kyrie Irving and a first rd. pick into Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr.
