with a few phone calls cavs got younger and faster

Dwade also shipped back to the Heat. I think that makes Miami more dangerous in the playoffs

What aboutthe other 5 players they traded, Iman, Jae, Frye, and even Rose, they all can dunk...

The Cavs are better . Nobody is disputing that. But how much? They didn’t get any stars . They need time to click.

Changes absolutely nothing for the Raptors or Celtics . Cleveland made those moves because of how far ahead the Raps and Celts are over them. They are now closer . Also it’s easy to trade half your team when it sucks. Much harder to trade when the team literally has no bad players .

All it means it’s goin to be tougher in the playoffs . Which is fine . It’s not supposed to be easy.

But we shouldn’t be shaking in our boots cause they added George Hill and Hood. They’re meh players .

It’s also valid to think regardless of trades the Cavs would have been favoured anyway bc of how the last 2 playoffs turned out .

All I’m saying is it changes nothing for the Raptors and Celtics . They’re gonna continue to win and they’ll still be #1 and # 2 seeds .

There are no moves C’S/ Raps make that would make a difference .

Scared? No
Resigned to the fact that they'll roll us in the playoffs? Yes

Why is everyone salivating over these trades again? They got slightly better on defense, lost a bunch of shooting and scoring, and brought in young roleplayers who have never played in the playoffs before (except for Hill of course).

Their biggest upside was always figuring it out with IT. Now, it's LeBron, an injured KLove, and a bunch of unproven young guys. How exactly is that scarier than IT discovering his form from last year, Wade bringing the Playoff heat, and JR + Frye raining threes on our heads?

Cavs are better, but are they intimidating...I would say no. I look forward to this battle in the east with Miami Toronto Cavs and Celts

But every year the Cavs spend a 1st rounder to make it happen, so every following year they are deeper in the hole with no young 1st rounders to boost their lineup.

Whatever. They still probably won't make it to the finals, and if they do they will be clobbered by Golden State.

LeBron is still leaving too.

The moves will improve their roster, but I feel i think now celtics & raptors rosters are better than the Cavs even now; this is the 1st time I watched a raptors dismantle a Lebron James led-roster team. LBJ23 is still great but he isn’t the 23/24 year old anymore, he has gotten older & lazier.

The raptors need to play with their current style in the playoffs, they will be fine. I’m not sweating over these moves, I’m pretty sure neither are the raptors & Celtics front offices & players.

they definitely got better. I could still see us beating them in a 7 game series though, can't wait for the playoffs.

We jinxed ourselves.

Not sure if the Cavs can overtake the Celts after the trades. Might want to ditch taking first seed however despite our home record.

Either team may not be healthy when they meet in the ECF. 2-1 odds cavs win.
