I don't think there is even a question at this point... McDaniels is the HC in waiting at NE. And - two of his assistants will be Belichick kids being groomed by Daddy.

This should end well.

Good.

Belicheck will stay as long as Brady does, and then McDaniels will be left to pick up the pieces of a team that's been carried by the GOAT for decades. McDaniels will spectacularly fail, and the Colts will get a fraction of the karma they are entitled to.

Meanwhile the Colts are looking at Chiefs ST coach David Taub for their HC role, and rumor is they might be pursuing a defensive minded coach, who they can pair with John DeFillipo as their OC. Jim Schwartz + John DeFillipo would be a huge win for the Colts over this man-child McDaniels

Colts are interviewing Frank Reich to be HC now as well.. so I guess the team has already decided to hand the defensive reins to Eberflus.

I actually think Reich would be an inspired choice. Dude clearly knows his business. I am curious how the fact Irsay is keeping the assistant coaches that were given contracts before the McDaniels fiasco plays out. Eberflus is solid. He earned his stripes down here.

Is that the son that didn't want his dad to buy the patriots in the 1st place? Tried to tell his dad not to buy the patriots way back when?
