Seems nuts that Memphis would buy out Evans after refusing to trade him for less than a 1st rounder.

Belinelli is the only appealing buyout candidate for me. He’d be a nice upgrade from garbage Meeks

No point guard please. I don't want Sato/Frazier playing the 2 or Meeks playing at all. And if Tyreke Evans gets bought out and goes to Boston after they just got Monroe, that'd be an amazing midseason duo pickup the Wizards could only dream about.

Evans being a buy out candidate?

If the Celtics really offered a pair of seconds and Yabusele the Grizzlies FO should be fired on the spot.

Oh yeah, right. That was horrible. Why would they buy him out? Oh, to sign another player and get him off the roster.

Yeah, I'd get Beli... better shooter and he moves without the ball

Brandan Wright continues to be a very solid part-time player I'd be interested in.

And Muhammed - having a really awful season. Just not worth it. Again, I'd like to see them get a G Leaguer for one of their 2 roster spots..

I think they have to make a decision on Devin Robinson, whether to bring him up for good because he is shooting 40 percent from beyond the arc. But he's a 3. They could use a 2 to replace Meeks. They probably will miss out on Belinelli, because that's so Wiz. We always get the scraps and wind up with the Brandon Jennings of the world. And I'm not saying Beli is perfect because he's not a great 3-point shooter and doesn't defend. But with a better team that might elevate his game.

Brendan Wright would be nice as a long defender but again, we can't have nice things.

Are there any decent bigs? The front court looked like it could use help against the Celtics.

Even if we get a scorer there is no guarantee he will play---I can't figure out why Mike Scott isn't in at least for offense/defense subs.

About the metrics I agree, but Belinelli has played 9 more minutes than Meeks a game. Maybe he'll be more efficient with less time? We don't need him to take up 23 minutes. Then again, this is still only a 2nd round team at best in my opinion. At some point, there has to be a shakeup that surrounds Wall and Beal with more consistent players among the first 6-7 players.

What we really need is a leader like Pierce to come in. But, since that doesn’t seem available, I’d love Beli to come in and create two units — the everyone eats unit and the stars unit. Might even need to mix-up the rotations so Beal and Porter get more time with Sato and Beli.
