Good win in the end. They were always going to come back but we held our nerve and Victor made some great plays at the end, as did Joseph and Turner.

Heck of a win. Being able to hold off a Celtics comeback is no small feat. Congratulations to everybody.

Crazy how much we play up and down to our opponents.

I went to Clowes last night and missed game. time out still mandatory at 7 minutes and 3 minutes each quarter. also only 2 in last 2 minutes creating use them or lose them situation. were rules involved last night?

Hope whatever was at Clowes was entertaining. Haven't been there in years and years.

Anyway, the game was pretty exciting, as has become the normal with this team. I really didn't notice anything out of the usual with the time out situations. However, Boston had played a tough late overtime game the night before, so if McMillan was using a different from normal strategy with his time out calling, it might have either been to avoid giving Boston additional rest breaks in the game, or to give Oladipo (who was still not 100%) some additional breaks without subbing him out of the game. Don't know, since again I didn't notice a change in pattern.

It just struck me as humorous that a poster made that many negative comments, and nothing positive about a game which was a big, big win for the Pacers. Part of the reason I generally stay away from game threads. There can be too many "in the moment" emotional posts.
