Wow I am so impressed with how Elf, TJ, and JJ play off each other. Really rushing into the paint and getting high percentage shots. Bender is getting more aggressive by the day, minus that head-scratching play in the 1st where he dribbled away from a lightly contested layup. Nice seeing JJ scoring effectively even w his shot not falling, and the other aspects of his game are really shinning. Had a few nice boards, 2 great passes to TJ on the break, and really solid defense on practically the entire Nuggets roster. Chriss... well it can't be all positive I guess...

So far so good. Setting teammates and scoring at the rim. 3 fouls.

Nah, kinda cool to see Nina Sky again.

We've had quite a few throwback halftime performances by actual performers, which is pretty cool and definitely gets a thumbs up from me. Hard to top the Montell Jordan halftime show though!

Honestly, it's been a treat. Perhaps we've been conditioned to "accept" bad PG play but he's been solid so far. He's making great passes, seems to already have some chemistry with Jackson, he's probing with a purpose and it's great to see a PG with the size and strength to take it all the way to the rim. With his size and always looking to pass, I think he'll fit very well with Booker.

So far, I've got zero complaints

TJ power forward of the future. Needs to rebound if that's the case.

Elfrid is a good passer, he can dazzle but i like how he is fundamental with the passes. Simple as getting a rebound and 2 seconds later leading his pass to a wing for an easy 2 points. Nothing fancy just easy passes to make your scorers get easy buckets. Something of a lost art partly to point guards becoming volume scorers.

He's been pretty good. man-on-man defense has been good, has had some GREAT passes, should have more assists, but our guys get these nice passes and are kinda surprised because they arnt used to getting set up like that, and end up missing the shot.

But overall he's been great and it seems like its been a smooth transition.

I feel like we either don't give effort on D and give up 120+ points or try hard and foul a lot and still give up 120+ points.

I like Payton because he makes me feel more secure about my atrocious Jew-fro.

That was great defense by bender but jokic is really good. Only thing bendet could have done would be to have a 7'9" wingspan.

Most think he's a backup so people on our board thought something around the mle. Most teams are looking for someone with a 3pt shot so it may drive it down. If he can't get something from NOLA then he will probably be looking to stay. (speculation since the other team with strong interest was Knicks and he hates cold weather lol)

Okay I get the hair now ... it keeps the defensive player from reading his eyes.

Return to Phoenix Suns
