This is one of the better games for them. What are your overall thoughts on Bender and Jackson? I think they all have potential but most are really young. Many people on GB, and some here call them a bust because they are not really good immediately but Bender was the youngest in the NBA last year and like the 15th youngest in the NBA this year. And sat mostly on the bench the year before in euroleague because his team was struggling to not get relegated and playing experienced vets...and they knew he was going to the NBA anyway.

So he was kind of rusty...might have been better had he kept playing in leagues with players his age, and dominating them to come in with more immediate confidence but he works hard to get better (as does Jackson) and is a total team player that will make the team better...getting others involved. He is able to switch on guards well too and disrupt their shots...though there was an inexplicable stretch where many of those shots were going in...but for awhile he was very well rated in defensive fg%.

Josh Gray misses that layup and could have cost him.

Yea Josh and Bender just are playing like kids that they are.

A guy like Lyles who is young as well but you can see how he takes it in strong. Hes played more obviously but you can see the advantage just by an experience level.

But Josh and Bender look like they can take that leap next year.

He's got a nice girth to him down on the block.

Just a strong, thicc base

It's tough to see him shoot blanks when he takes balls to the hole, but he faced some stiff competition on that penetration.

Chriss killed our momentum and now forcing us to play with this Dudley at C lineup that can't score.

FTs hurting big time too.
