Man Jaren Jackson put up a stinker today. Would have to watch the game, but 4 fouls in 13 minutes is Chriss-like.

He may end up being a rich man's Ibaka but it will take a while. Might be too raw for us.

Bamba is raw too but he can would be a game changer right away on defense and on the boards. I mean imagine if his ceiling is Deandre as a near 70% ft shooter?

I don't think Ayton is right for this team...

Bamba would need to be born again to get that type of ceiling, he is never ever ever gonna be close to the athlete and bully that Jordan is, which is a huge part of his game.

No he won't be the athlete Jordan is but he'll make an impact a lot sooner than DJ did.

If we hold on Miami pick and depending on who we take with our’s, Bates-Diop and Robinson are obvious targets. McCoy and Gafford are interesting choices too.

I'm not the biggest bagley fan but I'm currious what people think about him and bender fitting together?

I think potentially it could work. I don't think it matters who you call the c and pf in that pairing because you would base who they guard off of matchups. Bender provides the spacing and defensive movement that bagley will need next to him. Bagley provides the rebounding and post scoring that you need next to bender.

With Bender opening up the floor playing as Center I think it brings Michael Porter into play as a PF.

I was thinking the exact same thing earlier. If we really can view Bender as a future C, Porter is a perfect 4 for the lineup.

Rebounding and playing big physical front courts would be the question. But offensively that would be a fun group.

Well for the lotto draw we would combine the balls that the 2-3-4 teams get and split them equally.

In the case no one gets a top 3 pick in the lotto, the three teams would move down to 4-5-6 or 5-6-7 and when there are two teams tied, it is decided by a coinflip.

With three teams, I have no idea how it would be decided. You can't do a coinflip with 3 teams.

Well, for the season, our young players haven't looked good. Just take a look at the FG% and TS% and any advanced stat...

I don't think them finishing with the 3rd worst or 5th worst record is going to make them look any better.

Hopefully we do see improvement in play down the stretch.

It doesn't really matter where we finish though because we are going to win the lottery.

If Suns get pick 1... Big if.... And they don't want Ayton (which I doubt, they need an affordable impact big man who can become a star)... They can always trade down and get another asset so...

If we have the chance to grab Ayton, we do it. If that happens, what do we do next? Many people here have Jackson getting the starting sf spot, so what do we do with Warren? He isn’t a bench guy anymore. Do we package him, Chriss, and the Miami pick to move up and grab Young too? Is it even possible? I’d hate to lose Warren, but don’t think he is a bench player either.

Wendell Carter looks pretty good in this comparison. Interesting to look at Blocks, TS%, 3pt%, DBPM and overall BPM for these centers....or at least you can call them bigs. JJJ looks impressive too. His rebounding per 36 isn't that much under the others.

For our drafting position, I like Jackson Jr for our pick. I think he could fit in nicely with the other guys we have.
