National tv game. Pretty solid first half. Milo is so good at finding the open man. I would have ball in his hands often if he is on the court.

Not loving that call. I thought Gallo would get 3 freethrows.

Kyrie was lighting it up all night against anyone, not just Milos or Austin or Lou, but really, what a player.

but a even better night for DJ. a career high score, plus 8/9 FTs making Brad Stevens coaching decision to actually put us over the top every time the game got close and they tried a Hack-A-DJ-thon.
ehhhhh f it.

DJ finally has a 30-point game  Kaman had 78 games of 20+ points, but never crossed 30. DJ has had 40 20-point games prior to tonight. The last Clipper center to put up 30 in a game was Olowokandi in 2002. Prior to that, Olden Polynice did it in 1991.

Over the last 9 minutes or so when the Clippers pulled away, I thought Austin did a nice job attacking the ball and disrupting Kyrie and the Boston offense. I don't want to compare him on D to Avery, but fact is, Austin was +16 and Avery was a team-worst [by far] minus-13, so that's the name of that tune.

As for DJ, this was a career night. Funny [or not] that it comes without the other Big Two. Maybe it's the start of something.

My other thought is that if we'd have had that missing link at SF--at 6'8"-6'9" with range, Tobias looks like him--we might have really got somewhere.

Gallo with a quiet near-double-double, 20 and 9.

Oh, and after his insane December and January, watching Lou regress to his statistical mean has been painful. He was 1-for-7 at one point. But then he went for 16 in the 4thQ. He really is a leader and I felt better with him milking the clock there at the end than I ever did with Chris or Jamal. He still created decent shots for himself with a tick or two left. I'm so glad we re-signed him.

We don't win this without Lou taking over the 4thQ. Prime Time.

129 points against the #1 defensive team in the NBA? 129? ON THE ROAD? Sweeeeeeeeeeet. Team is going to enjoy the flight home and the All-Star break. Well done, mebbe the best win of the year.

Very impressive win, despite having to overcome the Lou/Milos lineup and Austin's 36 minutes of playing time.

Is DJ about to make some sort of leap to the next level??? He beasted in the Brooklyn game but I kinda kept quite about it but after tonight's performance-- wow! I really hope he's on to something here.. Good overall team effort as well. Lots of two way guys now that can shoot and defend out there.

Cool to see DJ with two solid games in a row after all that trade talk. Great team win, but I'm a little concerned with the minute distribution, even if it was right before the AS break. Shame to see Ty out of the rotation, I just want us to sign the kid and have him around permanently. As nice as it is to have almost everyone healthy, I do miss our Goon Squad.

This offense is a joy to watch with 4 shooters around DJ, there's just not a good option for the defense to help off.

A bit frustrating that everyone above us keep winning, and it doesn't seem like the Jazz are ever gonna lose again. We should be comfortably into the postseason with the results we've been getting, but as usual, the latter playoff spots in the West are a bloodbath.

Watched that one from start to finish. That was awesome. Was good to see Tobias hit from 3 as his numbers are slightly down since coming here. Lou wit the great 4th.

Btw, is it prudent to play Gallo 40 minutes?

Anywho...as a pro-tank guy, this is about as good of a non-tanking scenario there is.

Doc was in his bag last night. Some fantastic playcalling out of horns down the stretch. Team has soooo many options down the stretch of games. Austin, Lou, Gallo, Tobias, surrounding DJ. That's shooters galore and as the above showed, it's hard to give help and tag DJ when you have shooters surrounding. Love the Gallo / Tobias pairing.

I'm not sure who's behind that Clipper Film Room account, but it's good. Not just for the X's & O's analysis or the Clippers talk, pretty solid takes all around.
