I'd like to see us not start off slow in the first quarter.

Can Curry play any worse so far?

This season gonna hinge on Curry knocking a mountain of rust off his effort switch.

My bold prediction; if the Blazers continue to shoot 50% from beyond the arc compared to 0% for the Dubs, and we continue to get out-rebounded, we lose this game. Really going out on a limb on this one....

his focus has been bad this season. a few good games followed by a few terrible ones. if we are going to beat this rockets team he will have to play his 100%. I dont see us winning the second round right now.

Really getting tired of giving up these 40 point first quarters. Another big hole we have to crawl out of.

Bill Walton may be the most un-listenable caller I've ever heard

I usually love Walton, but he sounds like a whiny old douche here today.

Is it me being homer or Warriors don't know how to play "hold-off-the-ball-player" defense and all league successfully plays it against the dubs ?

Most teams don't run as many off ball sets and screens like the Warriors do.

Instead lots of high PnR with shooters just standing in the corners/wings spreading the floor.

I think the league has figured that if you play really aggressive and bomb a bunch of threes, play really hard nosed defense and make the Warriors turn the ball over, you will come out of the first quarter with the lead. How large depends on how you shooting threes. The Warrior dont play first quarters anymore. SMH
