That wasn't quite Craig Hodges good, but I was wondering if it was the record for total points now that they have a full money ball rack. Bird had a crazy run one year too. I think Hodges got 26 when total possible was 30. Can't remember what Bird got when he was on fire one year.

Paul George is clearly better though, I mean he scored 9 points in the first round.

No, it was 26 out of 30....5 racks x 6 pts per rack. He got 28 out of a possible 34....4 racks x 6 = 24 + 1 rack worth 10 points = 34.

It's close. What was crazy about those Bird and Hodges ones is it seemed they hit like 20 shots in a row at one point.
