Pretty much sums up the east-leading Raptors' chances of going to the finals.

I think some of then went too far, over an all star game. Harden had a very bad shooting night, 2/13 from three, while having the best career shooting season. One of those nights.

I can't believe some of those sixers fan got so upset about Embiid being pulled out, and started throwing shots that Raptors and Rockets won't do anything this playoff. You can clearly see them getting overly upset.

But in their defense, the Raptors and Rockets players did perform the exact the same way they do in the playoffs. Harden, Lowry and DeRozan usually play in the playoffs the same way they did tonight.

It’s up to those 3 players to step up and change the narrative in the upcoming playoffs.

I don’t care about the W. Embiid was dominant and he didn’t get hurt. The other players know he is a savage.

Would have loved to see him get a shot at a game-tying 3, tho, That would have been sweet.

Biggest take away I had from this game is when you take away the system and just play ball. The best players in the league are Lebron, Durant, Westbrook. All the other GS players feel like much lesser versions of themselves in any game not in GS. Harden is still tough to guard but not the same when so many good athletes on the floor. Those 3 seem to make big plays in every game they play. I probably put Kyrie in that group as well. Embiid was maybe the only player on team Curry that could get a good shot consistently.

ken6199 wrote:It's shocking to see some people getting overly worked up over an all star game. Those long time Toronto/Houston and Demar/Harden haters, finally get a break to have their anger released because those teams/players are doing so well in the regular season this year so far and they haven't given you much chances to hate. Well all star game is over now, you have to at least wait till the playoffs to pull your trigger again.

No kidding lol.

DeMar has all of one second to throw up a prayer while being tightly guarded and trapped, because Steph held the ball for too long as he dribbled right into a trap? Conclusive definitive proof that DeMar will choke again.

Giannis runs out of the corner and fumbles a pass from DeMar? Oh, DeMar just doesn't have it.

Lots of confirmation bias for haters tonight. Very frustrating to read this hate. It's the goddamn All-Star game, not the playoffs.

Win or lose with him.

Embiid has really been a joy to watch this game, one of the very few highlights of this boring 3 day fest. Putting myself in your shoe I think I can understand why some of the 76ers fans got annoyed. I would too.

They were both trash. They should have let Dame close.

Dame & Thompson should have been in over Harden & DeRozan.

Klay was in on the final possession but he never touched the ball. Dame should have been on the floor but oh well, it's the All-Star game.

Yeah - LeBron, Durant, Westbrook and Kyrie were really good together. It was nice to see...

Really wish All-Star replacements weren't getting more minutes than All-Stars.

Whether it's all star game or regular season game, they hardly do this "xxx should close the game because he is hot". Harden has been an excellent game closer for Houston making plays after plays down the stretch, scoring or assisting. He can shoot 1-25 the whole game and I bet the coach will still leave him in. And that's no bias talk.

The only argument is Dame should be in instead of DeMar, because they needed a 3 to tie the game. Yeah, I am too familiar with "Lillard time" lol. But maybe they players wanted DeMar to win the MVP because he is from Compton, it would have been a nice story for him to win.

This talk w/ LeBron and the Inside the NBA guys is really surreal...it’s just crazy seeing him talking w/ them at the desk.

I guess he and Chuck and get along fine - lol...

Just imagine we got clowns thinking Houston takes a series vs GSW let alone 2 games. Harden will choke as always when the whistle is not blown

I am not sure who is the clown, if you think an all star game carries any indication of the post season.

Sit down. Stop hating.

I’m not basing that on an all star game so

Totally agree....Kyle and DeRozan might not be built for close games...so why not go up by 30 and win by 20...

You like that you should listen to the Richard Jefferson Podcast with Lebron. He has been a guest a few times. Him and Channing Frye have had some good guest.

Lowery...omg....I've never seen an NBA player who was THAT obvious at choking....wow.

Curry sucked....when it came down to the end of the game he wanted NO part in taking a shot.

Overall much better game though this year. Players cared...what a concept.

Hey, a worse Raptors team won both types of games against a better NBA Champion Cavs team. They can win all types of playoff games.

So pray for the Raptors that they can do it four times in two weeks. We need yours and the rest of RealGM's support lol
