There's a thread on the front page of the MMA Reddit with a video time stamped to TJ sparring in the gym and throwing punches at his training partner WELL after the bell. Surprised anyone deals with that dudes sh*t tbh.

That's terrible. He clearly won that last exchange and still threw that final shot despite his sparring partner already having a bloody nose and hands down. Completely unnecessary.

I've never really doubted TJ was a bit of a headcase in sparring sessions though.

I saw Darren Till on the list of MMAHour guests and suddenly remembered that guy is a thing. He is a case study as to how NOT TO HANDLE a breakout win. If you are an unknown who gets a main event slot against a huge name and you KO him in such impressive fashion that people are trying to make a fight between you and the number one contender (Wonderboy) right away...you probably shouldn't just sit on the sidelines for six months without even booking a fight.

Renato Laranja show. ..God damn, Alan Jouban might be a bad person. The amount of street fighting in this guy's past is distrbing. Talking about nights where he'd go home and reflect on the extra stomps he'd just given someone, scared he'd killed them.

Apparently Duke Roufus has said that CM Punk will be 200% better In his next fight.

Not good enough.

Well by the time this fight happens he will have been training for twice as long as he did for his first fight, and his opponent will be significantly worse than his first opponent. I'm guessing he will have a better showing, which tbh isn't saying much because he's first showing was so bad.

Geeez less than two months after getting wrecked by T-City. Frankie is a guy who should be wayyyy more selective in taking fights

Wow, and its going to be hard for him to match the beatdown he already gave Cub in their first fight. Why, Frankie?

Gary Tonon looked great in his MMA debut.

Speaking of BJJ in MMA, any idea when Ryan Hall is fighting next?

I think both are promising due to decent wrestling but I'd bet on Tonon to have a better career than Danis tbh. Easily actually. Tonon is crafty and has the perfect mindset for MMA.

Ryan Hall is having a hard time finding fights. He wants a name guy and won't accept anything else but guys turn him down and the UFC isn't pushing to find him a matchup. And due to his success elsewhere he isn't desperate to fight, so unfortunately in kind of a limbo. At least that's my take.
